The revolutionary overthrowing of Khadafy and his pro-imperialist dictatorship meant the destruction of the main support of the bourgeois state: the officer caste of the murderous army

LIBYA:
TOWARDS AN INVITABLE CLASH BETWEEN THE CLASSES IN THE REGIME OF THE DUAL POWER: THE ONE OF THE NLC SUPPORTED BY IMPERIALISM AND KHADAFIST BOURGOISIE, AND THE FIGHTING WORKING CLASS AND THEIR MILITIAS

Imperialism is supported in mass genocide against Syria, the counterrevolutionary bloodbath against the exploited of Egypt, the French invasion to Mali: imperialism and NLC, as had happened before in Benghazi, launched its social base in Tripoli at the war cry of "No militias, yes police forces and army", "Long live the great Tripoli" and "Long live the great Libya". This happened on Friday 15, with Khadafism and rich petty bourgeoisie organizing a real counter revolutionary provocation taking the streets to kick out the militias (starting from the one in Misrata who was under its control all the Gaddafi properties and his family). Thus Gaddafist one, hidden in NLC with army groups and Tayura militia, wanted to lynch Misrata militia to enforce the decree 27 issued by parliament which stated "militias must disarm and integrate the army and police". This khadafista putsch led by NLC, Obama, Kerry and imperialist oil companies, ended with a armed clashes where there were 43 dead and over 400 injured.

The counter revolutionary forces need to smash and dissolve the militias, to restore its officer caste, a regular army and a police to restore order shooting against the working class, masses and uprising militias. This exacerbates the violent clash between the contending classes. Because there was neither peaceful path to the disarmament of the Khadafista army to the masses, nor there will be a peaceful path to a new weapons concentration by the bourgeoisie. This is life-or-death for imperialism and the lackeyed bourgeoisie because they cannot control the oil wells, as it was shown during more than four months of strike oil. For that reason they seek to set up formal army under the command of NATO and Pentagon.

La policía militar hace requisas en Trípoli

Imperialism and NLC government must smash and disarm the militias, in order to settle down their government in Tripoli and reconstitute the bourgeois state on account of guaranteeing the business of the imperialist gang. In Libya will come at the hands of capitalists is not more "democracy" but greater Bonapartism against the masses and a jump in the colonization of the country by imperialism.
The bourgeois scored a huge point for its favor, as the militias of Misrata have abandoned Tripoli and NLC placed under the bourgeois control the properties expropriated by the masses to Gaddafi and his family. As part of this plan, the Counsil of Misrata called the militias to go back to their hometown. The Libyan bourgeoisie seeks to control the kativas and the workers to the local bourgeoisie, then they will agreed a "strong" government at the back of people, based on the disarmament and sold out of the militias.

Trucks armed by the Libyan metal workers in the revolution that cut Kaddafy's head

The masses in Libya with their militias have been exercising a pressure policy over the government. Each militia pressured it for their demands in their respective regions. They posed their mark with the revolutionary law that no Khadafist can be in government.
The militias’ pressure as "people and revolution guardians" to stop repression and ask for the masses, first disorganize the bourgeois state, and on the other hand it does not organize the masses for their fight to expropriate the capitalists and the take of power by the workers and the revolutionary people. This has originated dual power which uses its enormous balance forces to its favor in order to put pressure in extremis on the government. This still considered the government an ally to which it can take demands putting pressure on it. The militias disorganized the state at every step, it does not allow the government to "rule in peace" , but also because it does not take power, it prevents to go all the way in the fight against the capitalists and resolve deeply  the issues that drove the masses to make their revolution, i.e. jobs, bread and dignity. There are 250.000 young people and workers with weapons and only a few tens of thousands in the official army.

The conditions to take power by the masses are rotting. Dozens of times the most minimal demands required by the militias, as budget for hospitals, schools and cities, to increase wages and a payroll for the unemployed workers, ended up with parliament dissolved, with the ministers and the presidents jumping the windows of their offices. The working class is seriously letting the time pass over.
The weakness of this dual power is dispersed city by city and centralized with all militias in Tripoli. Since July, until recent months, this dual power is generalized and got stronger in the entire Libya with a revolutionary strike in all the oil companies and refineries which has developed from east to west. The conditions to centralize power of the exploited, with pickets and strikers militias and kativas of the cities were and still are within reach at hand. The bourgeoisie was again threatening by the question on their power. Their nose was not fooled, took all the reactionary forces in Tripoli. The leadership crisis of the proletariat is the only limit which has this heroic revolution in Libya. This limit was set by the treacherous leaderships who fenced, denigrated and slandered the revolution in that country.

In Libya we are facing an open tendency to decisive clashes between the two main classes today: the proletariat and imperialism (with its government NLC). Revolution and counterrevolution face each other. The working class that feels successful as having defeated Gaddafi wants bread, for which they fought, it does not accept still live with sufferings, when they know they are standing on a sea of wealth. They start their fight against the oil companies. Now they must smash the Khadafist reaction in Tripoli which starts standing up.
Undoubtedly, there are fractions of the regional bourgeoisie who will attempt to get on the aspirations of the masses in order to divert the fights. They will seek to manipulate and use the masses as currency change to strength in their own internal disputes over the spoils of oil revenues. But before defining its share, imperialism and bourgeoisie must defeat the masses and disarm their militias. All the capitalist parasites have full agreement. For that reason they talk about a foreign military intervention.

Kerry (US State Secretary) said they would be the ones to guarantee “peace and democracy for the Libyan people".  Pentagon and the US army, as it was announced by New York Times, are in the race to prepare a mission to "train Libyan security officers with the aim of creating a force of 5000-7000 conventional soldiers and an independent unit for anti-terrorist missions". NATO’s officials sent their experts to Libya to "train elite military groups" (New York Times) and help the bourgeoisie to defeat the militias and stabilize their situation. That's why Zeidan (Libyan Prime Minister) stated that "Libya is under the umbrella of the UN 7 resolution which allows an international intervention to protect civilians". And it announced that "on December 31 the militias which overthrow Khadafy will not receive anymore their payroll, unless these are integrated into the country's security forces".

Now, Where are "NATO troops" that the reformist left currents talked about, this "Gaddafi weeping club", whenever they saw workers and exploited ones by setting up its militia to fight against the gurk troops of the Khadafist army? It was never seen so many imperialist forces concentrated to save the government full of Gaddafist of NLC and to smash the Libyan militias. Reformism, with all its slanders, breaks again the teeth against history and reality, since the imperialist parasites must train their military forces to defeat the militias of workers and exploited ones. These U.S. imperialist plans and NATO also show that the bourgeoisie never "arm the people" because the armed masses question the existing order and private property and interests of the bourgeoisie, as it happened and still is happening today in Libya. Out with the World Social Forum and all social-imperialist currents, they are lackeys of Obama!

Where are those currents, such as LIT, SWP (UK), NPA from France, they said to the world workers that NLC was a great ally to conquer the "democracy" and "freedom"? NLC emerged as an expropriator of the revolutionary struggle of the masses, and not as their victory (as all the currents with the theory of “democratic revolution” used to say). For that reason it is shown, against what the reformist left claimed, that NLC cannot be supported without smashing democracy and freedom, first the one conquered by the working class and the armed masses. They need to disarm them. We affirm that it was the masses that conquered their democracy. They have the weapons to conquer bread, which will just arrive smashing NLC with the victory of the socialist revolution.

Syria should not be a new Libya, imperialism stained full of blood Middle East with a brutal genocide and now goes for Libya, to restore their politicians and “democratic” generals of NLC a new Khadafist regime

In order to prevent this scenario of revolutionary overthrow of the dictatorship of Al-Assad and the disbandment of the officers caste of his army, as happened in Libya, imperialism and Obama moved ahead in Syria after the fall of Damascus and organize there, with Putin military services, a vicious counterrevolutionary coup and genocide.
Even today all the imperialist forces in Syria, their lackeys of Hezbollah and Iranian ayatollahs are to encircle Damascus, where the power of bankers, defended by the guardians of Al Assad, but mostly there is the heavy weapon and his fierce and murderous officer caste that guard it. This is the domain core of semi-colonial state.

For that reason Syria cannot be a new Libya where the officer corps of his army was dispersed and disintegrated by the offensive of the revolution and the masses in arms.
The state is nothing but a band of armed men as Engels stated, at the service of the capital. That is the question. Bourgeoisie defends with this band of gunmen its property. That is what guarantees the different ways of bourgeois domain that the bourgeoisie used all each time. To demolish and expropriate the bourgeoisie is what revolution is about.

Imperialism cares so much its officer caste, its army and property, that in the place that it was defeated and its soldiers went to the side of the people, as happens in the 60% of the territories of Syria, sent there to FSA (Assad generals dress as democratic which went to “the other side” at the last minute). It also sent the Islamic Front. Their task is reduced that the working class and poor peasants in the freed areas do not expropriate the bourgeoisie, or the militias do not move forward to Damascus, i.e. "Tripoli" to smash there official caste of Al Assad, as it happened with Gaddafi, breaking up and demolishing the fundamental institution of domain of the bourgeois state, which is its band of armed men.
A good part of the world left, that has already supported Khadafy before, today said that Al Assad swords make the dirty job for the imperialist powers. Others support the swords of the ELS generals, as before they supported the NTC, from the rearguard in Benghazi they stopped the masses from take over Tripoli. This is the left friend of the “democratic” guardians of the private property in the freed zones, where the masses have already defeated their enemy and established an armed double power.
An "old left" as PTS of Argentina has been pontificated between the two sides their "fight for the political independence of the workers" How? It does not matter, anyway, they are far from the battlefield and for two years they have not lifted a finger on behalf of the masses of Syria and have shamefully muted.
Sending international brigades, food and medicine to refugee camps so the armed workers return to their homes in the free areas and kick out Assad in Damascus ... they are silence. Disputing the military leadership of the war against Al-Assad to FSA setting up workers' militias and expropriating the bourgeoisie ... they are silence. This silence stuns so much that they do not call to defend the 60% of the land free by the mass of the dog Al Assad. As if for the masses were the same the control exercised by FSA so they do not expropriate the capitalists and move forward to Damascus, as if Al Assad goes into and would not let any children or women alive. They are neutral ... they are friends of the Castro´s brothers and Al Assad that send the to confuse the world proletariat, meanwhile with the Constituent Assembly verse they tell to the workers that are freedom comes with the vote: Such a fight for "class independence"!
Those agents that are under the orders of both sides of the bourgeois generals silence and want to hide the main thing which arises today with this lessons of the situation in Syria: it is already clear that the imperialism has focused there all their agents of any color, smell and fur to prevent an mass uprising of the exploited to succeed in Damascus. This would leave completely dislocated the bourgeois state.
That’s why imperialism, when Al Assad ends up slaughtering in Damascus, just then will call a “peace conference” and with the FSA generals and Al Assad will settle down a stable regime of domain the entire Syrian territory. This is their plan, if the revolution doesn’t triumph. The FSA generals and Al Assad will place the officers’ caste because they aren’t to defend the interests of a capitalist gang in particular, but the interests and the private property of all the capitalists and imperialism.
In Libya “Damascus” fell in Novemeber 2011, the Khadafy army was dissolved in the capital and he was falling in Sirte. The Libyan capital was taken by the masses and the militias.  Smashing Damascus and Syria not to follow the path of Libya was the main policy of imperialism and its agents in the region. Imperialism has learnt very well from the experience in Libya. It has even disciplined more than it was needed its agent Khadafy so he applied the agreement policy with the NTC, weakened more than enough.  They have learnt from that and in Syria they are showing this, supporting the jackal AL Assad until the last consequences.  The imperialist beast is licking the wounds from its policy in Libya.  The heavy weapons of Khadafy are still in good hands and the bourgeoisie is desperate for recovering it. If NLC was slowly and imperialism did not attack yet and did not slaughter more, it would be because the masses have in their power much more weapons, strength and fire power than their NLC army. That’s why they seek to disarm them, even though the hate of the masses for the fights given by the working class against the oil imperialist companies is on and  the hatred for the luck of their ambassador in Benghasi still roars, and even when they seek to avenge him earlier rather than later.
Due to the threat that Damascus is not becoming a “Tripoli” in Syria today, it has been siege, not only by Al Assad army which threatens to breack by the rank and file each time it attacks a workers neighbour in the capital. It is blinded by the Iran Ayatollahs, with Hezbollah, with the Russian weapons, the US missiles and UN that is already in Syrian territory.
The paradox of the Libyan revolution? The militias disorganized and dislodged the work of the bourgeois state, disaggregating their armed gang men, but they didn’t take power. For that reason the situation is each time more unstable. The outcome is near. There are two irreconcilable powers. The fight for a revolutionary leadership of the proletariat in Middle East, Maghreb and Libya is already a counter-clockwise race.
The proletariat leaderships which is already decomposed splash in the blood of the genocide imposed by Al Assad in Syria, some of them under their discipline, while others under the political and military discipline of the generals without battles that with “democratic” disguise only lead the uprising masses to save the property of the capitalists. That is the role that the FSA plays in the freed zones in Syria and NLC, the expropriator of the Libyan revolution. They come from saving the private property of the capitalists and reconstituting the bourgeois state and their officers caste. FSA and their army-parties in the freed zones of Syria and the CNL in Libya.
Tripoli was freed by the Eastern militias, from Misarrata and the west. There in 2011, the first action of Khadafy before the upraising in Benghazi was to drown in a bloodbath the upraising in Tripoli and that way to throw an offensive towards the east and also towards the west.
Imperialism seeks another agreement between the first army of Khadafy in Tripoli and CNT generals. It controlled its loyal dog Khadafy, so that he wouldn’t advance toward Benghasi where their troops were defeated. With their bombings of NATO they attacked the militias that from Misarrata tried to reach Tripoli. It is that there it was the power, there it was the dog for the reckoning.
The militias and the masses arrived first to Tripoli before the agreement between the Khadafy’s army and the generals of the CNT would close. The militias of the entire Libya, before the fall of Khadafy, settled in Tripoli, they freed the capital. There also was installed to reconstitute the device of the bourgeois state with the rests of the Khadafysts, now NLC. But with this exception: The officer’s caste of the counterrevolutionary army was already smashed, disaggregated and dissolved. The masses were armed. That is the matter with the one they have to deal the exploiters of Libya and that can’t allow and for that they slaughter in Syria.

The military control of Tripoli is at the hands of the militias that freed it, with that they have to end the NLC and the bourgeoisie if they want to settle their government and reconstitute their power in Libya.
The plan of the NLC today is to go back to establish the power of the officers caste of the Khadafyst army in Tripoli. From the “democratic” NLC government and their “democratic” parliaments, there will come and are already coming the counterrevolutionary strengths and generals as or more bloodthirsty that Khadafy because they will have to disarm the masses and smash the power of the exploited… that way the NLC won’t have been more that a “democratic” path, if the working class doesn’t take power, to a new Khadafyist regime and government, held by imperialism. That’s what it is about how the imperialism and the bourgeoisie treat their different agents. The reformism that haven’t understood this, keeps going around in circles as the dog that bites their own tail, but the tragedy is that it bites the jugular to the masses betraying their revolution. Sometimes they stand with the democratic executioner of the masses and other times in their unmasked executioner, but always against the socialist revolution.

This severe moment and the situation in Libya won’t be solved in Tripoli alone, but in the combats of the working class and their militias of the entire Libya, in Maghreb, Middle East and at international level.
The Libyan revolution can’t stay isolated again, the ones who fight for the re-foundation of the 4th International, make it ours. It must triumph, as a link of the socialist revolution of Maghreb and the entire tormented Africa.
In Libya today all the pseudo-theories and pseudo-programs from the different branches and fractions of the left of Obama has split. Nobody can hide the truth: from one side is the NLC, with the Khadafyist generals and the imperialism, disarming the militias that defend openly the revolutionary strikes against the imperialist oil companies, from the workers of Libya.
Here they have joint all of them: the democratic left lackey of the NLC and the former Khadafists, everyone of them against the revolutionary masses.
To this fakers of the Marxism, the life don’t let them alive, and won’t let them live in peace nor talk in the name of socialism to the one they betray at each step every day.
