Argentina - March 30, 2026

With the slave labor reform, the imperialist plan of an Argentina maquila and the looting of the nation is established

OUT WITH MILEI, THE J.P. MORGAN, AND THE IMF!
Down with the plan of worker enslavement and colonization of the nation!

Down with the Labor Reform!

Forward to self-organization and workers' coordination!

Out with the sellout union bureaucracy!

US imperialism is advancing its colonial offensive across the globe. Alongside its Zionist henchman, it imposed genocide in Gaza and today fiercely attacks Iran, while invading Lebanon to seize control of Middle Eastern oil routes. In Latin America, it is advancing the colonization of its backyard, taking over the Panama Canal; in Venezuela, seizing its oil after removing Maduro; and now it seeks to finish trampling Cuba, after Castroism restored capitalism on the island.
In Argentina, US imperialism, with its lackey Milei, consummated the imposition by law of the Labor “Reform”, to steal a huge mass of surplus value from the working class.

The police regime and the Mileist autocracy are being strengthened

The vultures of J.P Morgan and BlackRock are coming for an Argentina maquila, enslaved and plundered. They control the Ministry of Economy. They appointed the military officer Carlos Presti to head of the Ministry of Defense, which is under the US Southern Command. Under the pretext of “combating drug trafficking,” Argentina and 11 other Latin American countries signed the “Shield of the Americas” military agreement with the genocidal Trump. This agreement places the Argentina Armed Forces under the total subordination of the Pentagon. They have placed Argentina in the military trench of US imperialism and the fascist state of Israel, in its genocide against Gaza and the Palestinian nation, as well as in the war of demolition against Iran and Lebanon! Thus, they strengthen the police state of colonial Argentina.
This plan only progresses through violence and gunfire, preparing them, if necessary, to unleash another bloodbath against the labor movement. Systematic repression, such as attacks on retirees, people with disabilities, teachers, FATE factory workers, and labor organizations, is a warning of what is to come. Meanwhile, the extreme nationalization of the unions frees the hands of the union bureaucracy, allowing them to finalize the implementation of slavery in every factory and sector, acting as a true police force within the labor movement.

Through the betrayal of the union bureaucracy and the parliamentary trap, they passed the slave labor reform

In parliament, the law was passed with the votes of the ruling party's deputies and senators, along with the UCR and PRO parties. While the PJ (Peronist Party) provided some of the necessary votes for its passage, as a bloc they voted against the law, positioning themselves as the "opposition" in the lead-up to the 2027 elections and preemptively preparing for a potential mass uprising to replace their lackey, Milei. They are all under the orders of the US embassy. They all agree on stripping the working class of even the smallest coquests and crushing it.

The Peronist government of the Fernándezes, along with the Peronist union bureaucracy, guaranteed the flexibilization and precariousness of over 60% of the working class, excluding them from collective bargaining agreements and wage negotiations, without Union Health System, vacations, or pensions. The union bureaucracy tore apart the working-class ranks, separating the struggle of unemployed and precarious workers from that of unionized workers, isolating their struggles and leaving them alone to face the whip of the capitalists. In this way, they prepared the conditions for Milei to finish the work that Peronism began. The Milei servile government removed the most exploited sector of the working class from the streets with repression and persecution against the unemployed workers of the picketeer movement (unemployed associations). And then it redoubled its attack against the rest of the unionized working class. While the CGT and the CTAs together with the Milei government advanced by imposing flexibility by factory and even by sector, liquidating agreements, imposing 1% wage increases, and allowing hundreds of thousands of layoffs, suspensions, and factory closures to happen.
Thus, with hundreds of thousands of layoffs, 10,000 factory closures, millions of unregistered workers and subjected to precarious employment, and the elimination of the 8- hour workday, collective bargaining agreements, and other historic conquests of the working class, Milei and his anti-worker government legally imposed precarious employment on millions of workers. A truly slave-like law that extends the working day, prohibits the right to strike and assemblies, reduces severance pay, repeals professional statutes, and so on.

The farce of the parliamentary vote has been exposed; everything was prearranged with the US embassy. It has been demonstrated that the policy of pressuring deputies and senators of Congress in the Wall Street parliament was nothing more than a trap to impose the pro-slavery law and advance the colonial plan. This constitutes a decisive blow to the workers and the poor people, a defeat due to the historic betrayal of the Peronist union bureaucracy, sellouts from within the movement—a true Trojan horse.

The working class fought back...
It was the historical betrayal of the Peronist union bureaucracy that guaranteed slavery and surrender

The working class has always fought back against the offensive of imperialism and the big bosses of AEA. But the thousands betrayals by the union bureaucracy against the working class shifted the balance of power in favor of the capitalists. The CGT sat down to negotiate with the Milei government and the US embassy the labor slavery law that was later passed in Congress. And in exchange, they pocketed more than 6.5 billion dollars from the Union Health System and union dues. Traitors!
And now, dressed in combative attire and posing as if they oppose labor reform, a sector of the CGT's union bureaucracy—Furlán (UOM), Yofre (Oil Workers), along with the CTAs, without breaking with the CGT's triumvirate—and 80 other unions, formed the "Frente Sindical Unido" (FRESU United Union Front). After surrendering our historic conquests, they claim to be against "labor reform." They announced they would wage the mother of all battles, but it was all just empty promises. Scoundrels!
So they rushed to Tierra del Fuego to quell the struggle of the Aires del Sur metalworkers' factory occupation, a fight to defend their jobs. Not a single general strike, not a single plan of action! They abandoned the FATE workers fighting for the reopening of the factory, which the bloodsucker Madanes Quintanillas shut down, leaving 920 coworkers and their families in the streets. The fact is, these bureaucrats have been imposing slave-like flexibilization for years, alongside their counterparts in the CGT.
They all proclaim themselves defenders of “national industry,” to defend the employers who claim they can’t produce, that they are in crisis. They are lying! The only ones in crisis, suffering the ferocious attack of imperialism and the capitalists, are the workers. Scoundrels! The Peronist-Mileist bureaucracy must be expelled from the workers' organizations!

The role of the FIT-U and its anti-Milei front…

The FIT-U acted as a necessary accomplice in this surrender, telling the working class that this brutal imperialist offensive could be stopped by pressuring parliament to vote in favor of the workers. They subordinated themselves to the CGT union bureaucracy, who are veritable ministers without portfolio in the government. They demanded that these bureaucrats call for a plan of action and a general strike to pressure parliament. When these traitors of the CGT were sitting in negotiations with the government and the US embassy.
A policy of class collaboration, which explains the political bloc they have long formed with the "progressive bourgeoisie" of the K. That is how they voted for 127 laws for the Peronist government of the Fernández.

Milei and the USA declared war on us, which is why today, more than ever, the struggle is class against class, and the FIT-U, with its policy of everyone against the "far right," is destroying the strength of the workers' movement, making them believe that there are bourgeois "allies" in the Peronist Party and the Kirchnerists in the fight against Milei. Meanwhile, Kicillof, Jalil, and so many other Peronist governors are the best implementers of Milei's and imperialism's plan in their provinces.
In this way, the FIT-U tied the entire combative workers' vanguard to the bourgeoisie's wagon. Today, Bregman, Del Caño, Del Plá, etc., are part of a veritable anti-Milei front and are leading the working class to the knees of this class-collaboration front, thus leaving the demands of the working class in the hands of the bourgeoisie. They sow the seeds of confidence that, hand in hand with our class enemy, we can achieve something favorable for the workers. A total lie!

The "opposition" bourgeoisie wants to use this reformist left to make its "opposition front" more credible in the lead-up to the 2027 elections. They need them! And the FIT-U, without hesitation, runs into their arms, whitewashing the Peronism that sustains this anti-worker government.
Thus, the FIT-U refused to unify the working-class ranks, to establish coordination among all sectors in struggle, preventing the emergence of an independent working-class alternative. They are enemies to calling on workers to break with the PJ and other bosses' parties and to expel the treacherous bureaucracy from the unions, and subjected the best of the left-wing and combative workers' vanguard to this policy of class collaboration.
To rouse the working class with the methods of proletarian revolution to confront the war of imperialism and big bosses… to overthrow Milei, to expel imperialism, the only way to win even the smallest of demands? NEVER!

A new workers' movement must be built.
For a new revolutionary workers' leadership to win

With these leaderships, we cannot fight, much less win… We need to build a new workers' movement to confront Milei's and the J.P Morgan's war of slavery and colonialism. The working class is the only national class that can confront this imperialist plan to the end.
They are coming for all of us, let's go after them all!
We need an internationalist, anti-imperialist, and anti-bureaucratic program to confront this war! Out with Milei and his master, US imperialism, the IMF, and JP Morgan!
The working class's trench is alongside Gaza and the Palestinian nation, with the Iranian nation and Lebanon! IMPERIALISM AND ITS ZIONIST HITMAN MUST BE CRUSHED! For the uprising of the working and peasant masses throughout the Middle East!
Down with the colonial plan! Break all military pacts with imperialism! We don't want to be just another star on the USA flag!
We must expropriate the imperialist transnational corporations, their banks, and the big bosses' association AEA, without compensation and under workers' control!

Single list of demands from the entire workers' movement: In order for the people to eat, the landowning oligarchy must be expropriated, without compensation and under workers' control!
Down with the slave reform! Capitalists say they are in crisis! LIES! Open the books! Down with trade secrecy! Every factory that closes gets seized!
Against the employers' lament over "industrial destruction," while they restructure, close, and leave... Nationalization without compensation and under workers' control of every factory that closes, suspends, or lays off workers! Reduction of working hours, with a salary equal to the basic market basket of $2,800,000 pesos, so that all available hands can enter production! Reinstatement of all those laid off, all under collective bargaining agreements!

For the dissolution of the Videlist judges' caste! Dissolution of the Armed Forces officers' caste! Dissolution of the police and all repressive forces! Workers' and people's tribunals! Trial and punishment for all the genocidal of yesterday and the murderers and repressors of today!
Self-defense committees of workers' and people's organizations! By factory, neighborhood, region and at the national level to defend ourselves against the repression of the police regime!
To unify the workers' ranks... Out with the treacherous union bureaucracy from our organizations!
Open the road to self-organization! For factory committees, establishments, schools, universities, to extend and coordinate them at the national level!
For a movement of workers' organizations and sectors in struggle, without union bureaucrats or pro-bosses politicians
Break with the PJ and other bosses' parties! No subordination to the bourgeoisie that dresses up as "progressive," the enemy of the working class, that comes to disorganize our ranks!
To set up a new workers' movement and vote on a plan of action and a general strike until we kick out Milei and J.P Morgan!

The working class needs a new revolutionary and internationalist leadership. The struggle is class against class!

We must pave the way for a triumphant Cordobazo in 2001. Let them all go, and not a single one remain!!

Argentina will be socialist or a colony of Wall Street!
