After being part of the Fernandez government, leaving half of the working class in precarious conditions and unregistered, after having divided the fights of the employed from that of the unemployed; after agreeing on the terms of the labor reform with Milei government, under the US embassy orders and having put workers at the Peronism and Parliament feet to make us believe that the law could be stopped at that Wall Street field office when in fact it was already outlined… The CGT went to the labor justice to request a precautionary measure against the law. This suspended 82 articles until its constitutionality is determined. Milei appealed the measure to the federal justice and there came a dispute within judicial jurisdiction.
While the strikebreakers of the CGT have subjected us to the bosses’ justice, they keep handing in our conquests. They are the ones who have laid the grounds for Milei and imperialism to rise with this anti workers law.

Justice has stopped nothing! Videlist judges and prosecutors of this infamous regime persecute and imprison fighters. No more lies! If justice momentarily shelters bureaucrats, it is so that they don´t lose their power over the unions.
