Argentina - November 3rd, 2020
Argentina in times of the PJ again
In the footsteps of Macri and under the orders of the IMF and U.S. imperialism.
The bourgeoisie and the oligarchy cherish the dream of "Argentina maquila"
With millions of unemployed, unregistered and outsourced workers, without collective agreements and in a piecework regime.
The Government of the Fernándezes concentrates the forces of all the oppressors and the State
of the great employers, judges and prosecutors, the police and the union bureaucracy
They are coming all the way
All together they hit every isolated struggle of the workers and the poor people
They did this in Guernica, in Laferrere, yesterday in Penta, to the dock workers, the nurses and today in GRI Calviño, among dozens of workers' fights.
Enough of fighting divided!
We must unite and coordinate our struggles and demands!
We must unify the resistance!
We must break with the Fernándezes Government, which represents the interests and defends the business of the big bosses, the oligarchy and imperialism!
We must ignore and reject all the agreements and deals of surrendering our gains, our work and our salary signed by the traitors of the union bureaucracy!
We workers are not beggars! The struggle of the unemployed should be as in the 1990s and 2001 in Mosconi and Cutral Co. The piquetero movement must stand up and resume the fight to stop the layoffs -which increase the unemployed throngs day by day- and enter decisively the fight for decent work for all!
A new workers' and popular counteroffensive must be prepared!
We must defeat the social agreement of hunger and misery of the traitors of the union and piquetera bureaucracy, who sell out our gains and make profits from the hunger of the people!
For a National Congress of Employed and Unemployed Workers, with Grassroots Delegates!
In the UOM (metal workers union, N.T), dock workers, in the UTA (transit workers union, NT), the teachers, railroad workers, the mining workers' movement, they are taking the first steps of a rebellion against the union bureaucracy. That is the way to unite workers! The the rebellion of the bases, the assemblies and the bodies of delegates with mandate. Let's open the path to workers' democracy!
Out with the union bureaucracy! They have sold out all our gains to the Rural Society, the UIA (Industral bosses' Chamber), the bankers and the government of the capitalists. They have given up our salary, our jobs, the collective agreements, the unions and the lives of the workers that are in danger every day due to the pandemic and the infernal rhythms of production.
Enough of the unemployed movement bureaucracy, which only manages the misery and famine of millions of exploited! The fight is for decent work, against suspensions and dismissals, to re-unify the ranks of workers in a common demand and struggle.
This Unitary Workers' Congress may be summoned now, without delay, by the sectors and factories that are in struggle, by the homeless workers who are demanding land and housing, by the combative organizations of the working class, the trade union groups that vindicate themselves as leftwing and class fighters and the Piquetero Movement.
The working class must make its weight felt in national political life
and bring order to the chaos created by the capitalists' incessant thirst for profit and the plunder of the nation by imperialism.
Our struggle cannot be other than to conquer a Workers' Plan to find a way out of the crisis.
LET THE CAPITALISTS PAY FOR THE CRISIS!
They have already taken everything from us... and now we are fighting to recover and conquer everything that belongs to us!
For an increase of the minimum wage to $ 82,000 (Argentine pesos) at the level of the living basket, and mobile according to the inflation.
For decent work for all! Layoffs and furloughs must stop now! For a working day reduction to 6 hours… All free hands to produce!
It is necessary to nationalize and expropriate any factory that closes, furloughs or dismisses, without compensation and under the control of its workers.
End up with the trade secret! The accounting books of large companies and all branches of production must be opened to demonstrate the super profits that the bankers, the capitalists and the oligarchs are taking even in the midst of the pandemic, where the workers leave their lives to eat!
We must expropriate the bankers, true usurers and swindlers of the people!
We must settle accounts with the oligarchy that usurped the nation's land. 1200 parasites have 90% of the productive land. We must nationalize the land!
Land and a decent roof for all! Urban landlords and idle homes must be expropriated! We must break with the IMF and set up an emergency housing plan on a tax over large fortunes, so that the people can live with dignity!
No justice, no peace!
Enough of repression to the people by the damned Police of Berni, Kicillof and the Fernándezes, always ready and awarded with a salary increase to repress the people! Self defense committees!
Dissolution of the repressive forces and jail to the corrupt judges and prosecutors who organize the repression and people's robbery! Trial and punishment to the murderers of Facundo, Maldonado, Rafa, Kostequi, Santillán, who are not only free but also part in the Fernández government! Unconditional freedom for Sebastián Romero and dropping of all charges against all workers and popular fighters! Acquittal for the oil workers of Las Heras, sentenced to prison and life imprisonment!
The rebellion of the slaves is not a crime, it is justice!
For the international unity of the workers in struggle!
The forces of the working class can never be subordinated to their executioners, the capitalists, their politicians and their Governments. Our forces are one with the workers of Latin America, who, like in Chile and now Colombia and Bolivia, are resuming the path of struggle against the regimes of hunger, oppression and plunder of imperialism.
The working class and black people in the US have risen up. They are our allies in the very heart of imperialism.
The capitalist system has collapsed on the shoulders of thousands and thousands of exploited in the world. 1% of parasites are leading our planet to catastrophe and wars… And they have taken advantage of the pandemic to throw their crisis on the oppressed peoples. They are able to throw out their crisis so that "the ones from below" pay for it because, as they do with the traitors of the Argentine union bureaucracy, they have bought a layer of bureaucrats and worker aristocrats, who, just like internal police and with the pseudo-left or social-imperialist ideologies, destroy and disorganize any decisive workers' struggle against the bosses and their regimes for much more than a couple of coins.
The rotten capitalist system is in a bankruptcy course. The true Argentina, that of the vast majority, that of millions without jobs, dispossessed and without rights, is represented by the homeless workers of Guernica. There was nothing different from those of the refugees from Syria, massacred and persecuted by al-Assad and his fascist army. All workers, whether they keep their jobs or not, must look at themselves in that mirror. The police and the judges of Berni and Fernández are there to violently attack every struggle and every claim of the workers.
But the working class in the world has not surrendered before the transnational corporations and imperialist bankers, before the powers and looters of the planet, before a class of capitalist parasites. It is not only fighting in the US… but also in France; the peoples of the Middle East rise up; they confront nefarious regimes like in Ukraine and Belarus; and huge masses of slave workers enter the fight in Nigeria, Bangladesh and Indonesia.
The forces of the Argentine working class are in the struggle of the Latin American and world working class. They face the same transnationals and bankers who take away our conquests, our jobs, housing and dignity, who take the wealth … like Cargill and Monsanto that take the huge Argentine agrarian income, or the imperialist mining and oil companies that plunder our underground wealth.
From Democracia Obrera (Workers' Democracy) and the Collective for the re-founding of the Fourth International / FLTI we are promoting a new internationalist revolutionary regrouping of the workers' vanguard and the rebellious youth. So much combat energy of our class does not have the leadership it deserves... both because of the betrayal of the trade union bureaucracy and by a parliamentary left adapted, for a long time, to the bourgeois regime.
The struggle for a revolutionary leadership of the working class, to conquer a conscious staff at the level of the attack by the capitalists, is the decisive task of the moment. The forces to do so are already fighting and resisting throughout the country. It is about preventing the division of those who fight, coordinating their actions and their demands, clearly identifying the enemy and allies, telling the truth, no matter how cruel it may be, which is, there will be no way out for the workers if we do not attack the super-profits of the capitalists and bankers taken away by the super-exploitation of the working class. We must fight, at every step, to set up the bodies of self-organization and direct democracy where the corrupt and traitors of the union bureaucracy cannot breathe and the fighters can.
Those on top cherish the dream of “Argentina maquila” to give succulent businesses and super-profits to the imperialist looting, the oligarchy and the capitalists.
We, those from below prepare, like yesterday the "Cordobazo" combats, the Coordinators and the 2001, a victorious "Argentinazo" so that everyone goes away and no one remains
A system that gives neither bread, nor shelter or work to its slaves, deserves to die!
Either Argentina becomes socialist
or it will be a "maquila" and Wall Street colony
