For 12.500R for all the miners of South Africa!
For the return of the rank and file assemblies, pickets, and the striking committee in all the mines!
Prepare and organize the general strike!

The imperialist TNCs gathered in the Chamber of Mines for all together launch an attack against the workers of Southern Africa under the excuse of the drop in price of the platinum and gold. The Anglo American says they will dismiss over 50.000 workers of the current150.000 and Lonmin other 5.000 workers. They don`t have crisis. They won fortunes. They blackmail us by dismissals to go on stealing our salaries! Against that in all the mining TNCs the workers have begun to fight. In Spain, the Asturias miners are under a judicial trial, in Peru the mining workers confronted the same TNCs that we are confronting in Africa whom don`t hesitate in killing dozens of workers months ago, like the miner Luis Quispe Chumpi. Meanwhile, in Bolivia the miners of Potosi together with the exploited rebelled for bread, work, and land. In Chile, the miners in struggle are morning a new dead worker like us in Marikana, the miner Nelson Quichillao. Enough with killing workers for fighting! This year to the struggle of the killed workers in Marikana must add the family of the comrade Nelson!

In South Africa, the imperialist of the mines AngloGold Ashanti, Evander Gold Mines, Harmony Gold, Sibanye Gold and Village Main Reef gathered in the Chamber of Mines, organ that represent the TNCs producer of gold in the negotiation for wages, respond to the workers`demand that they cannot give increase in salaries up of the inflation because the cost of the labor force represents 55% of the costs of the extraction of gold in South Africa. Thus, the majority of the companies offers between the 7% and 13% of increase in salary, in 5 years!
Enough with lies!
We are facing an offensive of the imperialism and bosses against the workers in the entire Southern Africa. We, workers must prepare to a huge struggle against the mining TNCs!
If there is a capitalists ‘crisis, that they pay for it! They have made and keep making a fortune no matter the minerals’ prices go up or down. Enough is enough!

The gold workers that today are in salary negotiations, and all the miners in the region must retake the war cry of the Marikana miners during their strikes in 2012, 2014: “12.500R for all or go out from here!
In their struggle the Marikana miners against the imperialist bosses, the ANC government and the NUM.COSATU- responsible for the massacre of 34 miners in strike- set up their fighting organs and fought with their methods: struggle committees and pickets, with rank and file assemblies, with worker democracy by voting raising their hands the way forward in the struggle. In that way, they confronted the trap of the “negotiation tables” with the bosses where the union leaderships sold up our fight and demands. 

For the return of the Rank and file assemblies, the pickets and striking committees in all the mines! Let`s set up a national fighting committee of all the miners that take in their hands to organize a huge struggle and be at the head of the negotiations for wages and best labour conditions.
12.500R for all the mining workers! Enough of poor workers and millionaire bosses! Decent work for all! Reduction of the labor hours, and one more shift in all the mines so that all the unemployed workers enter to work! For a minimum and vital salary! Let`s set up unemployed committees to start to fight to work again!

That the worker organizations break with the bosses and their government! For a national fighting committee to prepare and organize a general strike!
Let`s set up a great worker Congress with rank and file delegates without collaborationist union bureaucracy! It is necessary to call on the file and rank soldiers to come to this congress so that they organize together with the miners and delegates of the entire Southern Africa to get our demands!
