Comrades from the mining districts, from Colquiri, our comrades present here, and also comrades from Huanuni... From Democracia Obrera (Workers’ Democracy.NT) and from the FLTI, we extend some warm and revolutionary greetings to all of you present today.
Comrades, the revolution in Bolivia, started by the workers and peasants, is reaching new heights. Blockades and mobilizations are multiplying throughout the country.
Everywhere, the traitorous leaders are being disnown and whipped.
At this moment, when the government is trying to impose a state of emergency, mothers are issuing announcements that they want to take their sons out from the barracks... THAT IS THE WAY, COMRADES, TO STOP ALL REPRESSION AGAINST THE PEOPLE!
Brothers and sisters, on this important day, they speak to us about “democracy”, and then come with the police to murder us, as they did with our comrade. Is this democracy?
And who are speaking of “democracy”? Those who have carried out coups and killed our comrades here in Senkata. Comrades, are they worth for speaking of democracy?
Those who are led by Trump, who is killing the Palestinian masses, speak of democracy! They have the nerve of speaking of democracy, brothers and sisters.
Those who speak of democracy are the same ones who entered Plaza Murillo with Bibles and guns and beat, killed, and murdered our comrades, the Women in traditional polleras (long gathered skirts).
That is why we must fight for the disband of this murderous police force; for the dissolution of the Banzerist officer caste and all the repressive forces of the State.
Comrades, we must go to the barracks and call on all the rank-and-file soldiers to arrest all the fascist and Banzerist officers who order the killing of the people, and also call on them to establish their Committee, and send their delegates to a National Coordinating Committee for Struggle, comrades.
In these days we are witnessing something very important: we must rebuild the Revolutionary COB of 1952, with its workers' and peasants' militias and its soldiers' committees.
Comrades, the Revolution has begun... LONG LIVE THE REVOLUTION!

LONG LIVE THE ASSEMBLIES AND SELF-ORGANIZATION! We must coordinate the struggle, we must fight for ALL POWER TO THE WORKERS AND PEASANTS!, supported by the grassroots assemblies of the blockades, the fighting unions of the Bolivian Workers' Central, without traitorous and sold-out bureaucrats, and with all the mass struggle organizations.
The uprising… as my comrade (that spoke) before me so aptly put it… this struggle is not just Bolivia's. This mass uprising in Bolivia is the vanguard of the fight against the International Monetary Fund, against the US imperialism and its Shield of the Americas, comrades.
That is why we must call for A CONTINENTAL CONGRESS OF ALL WORKERS' AND PEASANTS' ORGANIZATIONS to fight against imperialism. And let delegates from the unions of Argentina, let delegates from Brazil, Peru, Colombia, etc., come to establish, here in Revolutionary El Alto, a great Congress to fight against all these governments that serve imperialism and their regimes.
