The working class is going to a new general strike against the Milei government, the puppet of the US embassy and big capital, and its fierce war against the people.
Inflation, high rates, misery, layoffs and looting cannot be tolerated anymore. With the “Bases Law”, the government -supported by the rest of the employers' parties- is attacking the workers' conquests and opening the door to the colonization of the nation at the hands of USA, which comes for our lithium, Vaca Muerta shale gas and all the other riches of the nation.

Saying that Peronism is an ally of workers against the government is a blatant lie.
The Partudo Justicialista  (JP, Peronismo) is another employers' party at the service of the US embassy and the IMF. It has been starving the working class with the Fernandezes and Massa, at the service of the IMF and the big capitalists. They now pose as “opposition” but they agree with Milei on labor flexibility and submission to the IMF and USA, while their governors are applying Milei's plan in the provinces.
Peronismo wants Milei to reach the end of his term. They are terrified of a new 2001 and the revolutionary irruption of the working class and the exploited.

The leaders of the CGT and the CTA's, who do not want a 2001 either, had to call this strike that they never wanted to call and that they had been postponing as long as they could to give the government time, while the working class were facing the attack of the capitalists. These leaderdhips left the workers isolated in dozens of fights, let the layoffs pass without a response, signed miserable collective bargains and negotiated the funds of the Unions Health System with Milei.

We have to tell the truth. Daer and Moyano from the CGT expected it to be a “sunday strike.” But the working class base, though still divided into tough struggles by sector, is putting its mark on the strike: the tire workers of the SUTNA, the oil-mill workers, construction workers of the UOCRA in Zárate, oil workers, aeronautical workers, steel&metal workers, state workers, railway workers, unemployed workers, etc. The teachers in the provinces of Misiones are on hunger strike. The exploited of Santiago set fire to the EDESE headquarters because of the high rates.
The only ones who are confronting Milei, are we the workers and the students who performed the massive university march in April!

Let’s transform the May 9 strike into the beginning of a workers' and popular counteroffensive to defeat this people-starving government.

We cannot delegate the fight against Milei, USA and their gang of parasites. Let's take the strike into our hands. This May 9, Open the road on to self-organization and strike pickets!

For a Fighting Committee to unify all industrial actions and the demands for wages, work, the reinstatement of those fired! Open the road to worker-student unity in defense of public education!
For Self-defense committees to defend ourselves from the repression of Ms. Home Security Minister Bullrich!
The SUTNA, which is leading a huge witness fight against the ferocious bosses' attack, can and must launch this urgent call together with the railworkers unión, Unión Ferroviaria (UF)- local Haedo and all the sectors in struggle.
The task is none other than to transform the strike of May 9 in the beginning of a fighting plan and the revolutionary General Strike until Milei and his bosses, the USA and the Rocca Group, are defeated.

Unfortunately, the FIT-U coalition, far from using the advantage of their parliamentary seats to proposing this to the workers and putting their forces to the service of making it a reality, tells them that by “putting pressure” on Congress, that den of servants of Wall Street, the attack of Milei and the imperialist transnationals can be stopped. That is why they demand a strike from the bureaucracy -even with a petition- the day the law is voted on in the Senate to "put pressure" on the bosses' politicians. A nonsense.
Imperialism and big capital cannot be forced to retreat by any “parliamentary pressure.” Nor are they stopped with claims to the judges for judicial protection, or with petitions to the bureaucracy... they are stopped by the revolutionary mass struggle. Because the capitalists only give up something when they see that they can lose everything .

Those from above are coming for everything we have, we must go for all of them!

Against the plunder and slavery plan of Milei and USA, let us raise our own workers' emergency plan, which begins with an increase in the minimum, living and mobile monthly wage to $1,500,000 pesos (around usd 1,600) for everybody in the entire labor movement, the reduction of the working day without pay reduction and the distribution of working hours so that everyone can go to work.
Down with the accounting secret! The workers want to “audit” Rocca, Galperín, Arcelor-Mittal that threatens with the closure of Acindar, etc. Let them open the accounting books to see who are the real thieves of the nation.
Nationalization without compensation and under workers control of any company that closes, furloughs or fires, as we did with Zanon and Brukman in 2001.
Nationalization under workers control and without compensation of the ports, lithium, gas and the lands of the oligarchy so that the people can eat.
We must expropriate the expropriators of the people, with the method of the workers’ and popular revolution!
Down with the DNU and the repressive protocol of Bullrich! No to the Bases Law! Disolution of the murderous police!
