Access to decent housing, for health and quality public education - Plan of struggle of the entire working class to open the way and so that the workers do not pay for the crisis - No to the adjustment of the government and the IMF - Freedom now and drop all charges against popular fighters.”
The Polo Obrero and the picketer unit promote this federal march in the face of the country's situation, which is hell for the working class and the poor people, with the cost of living through the roof and hiking inflation, hand in hand with the infamous pact of the Fernández government, the anti worker opposition of the UCR and the PRO, with the whole of the bosses' chambers and the IMF, plunging us in the capitalist barbarism and imperialist looting. This is how the super-profits of the bankers, the oligarchy and the big bosses are multiplied, which flighting 450 billion USD of the wealth produced with the blood and sweat of millions of exploited. While the soybean landowners and the agribusiness transnationals steal the agricultural income from the richest land in the country, hunger deepens in the working-class neighborhoods and poor people. This is how they pay the IMF to the last penny!

For a single demand of the entire labor movement!
The capitalist attack plan means taking out the social plans -a subsidy won by the revolutionary days of 2001- and putting a sector of workers to work for $45,000 pesos a month and liquidating the conquests of the employed workers. Today most of the employed workers survive by working overtime every day to ensure they make ends meet. Despite the fact that more than 100 years ago we conquered 8 hours of work, 8 hours of sleep and 8 hours of leisure, with great international struggles, which is what we commemorate last May Day, together with the Martyrs of Chicago. The union bureaucracy of the CGT and CTA have been guaranteeing this surrender for years. Today with the same number of workers, they get twice the production. They have surrendered the minimum vital and mobile salary. Down with the Social Pact of the union bureaucracy with the government, the slave-owning bosses and the IMF! We must disregard the collective bargaining of the Peronist union bureaucracy that surrender the wages of the working class to the capitalists and their government! We must expel the trade union bureaucracy from our organizations!
Unemployment, misery and inflation are at the highest levels historically, while the bosses and imperialism take Argentina by storm with the fake foreign debt and the looting of natural wealth never seen before. For this reason, in order to put an end to the collective bargaining of misery, the slave labor flexibilization, with millions of workers without work, to conquer the list of demands such as those proposed by the Polo Obrero and the picketer unit, it is necessary to raise a program, a true motion to the entire labor movement and the exploited, uniting the combative picketer movement with the workers' resistance that stood up with the workers of the ARS (Rio Santiago shipyard), the port workers of Terminal 5, with the metal workers of Siderca, Acindar and Río Grande, the teachers and health workers in struggle, etc., and for the crisis to be paid by the capitalists; and for all these, we must attack the profits and property of the slave bosses and imperialism! Not one more peso to the IMF and to the payment of the fraudulent external debt!
The program to face and triumph in this class war that the bosses and the IMF have declared on us, the exploited have to fight to REOPEN ALL THE FACTORIES AND WORKSHOPS, AND SET ALL THE MACHINERY THAT THE SLAVE MANAGEMENT AND THE IMPERIALIST PIRATES PARALYZED IN MOTION.
There are millions of comrades are not working. No more shut-downs, suspensions and no more layoffs! All arms available to produce! Reduction of the working day without salary reduction and one more shift in all the factories! Stop treating the unemployed like beggars! Decent work for all now! Stop outsourced labour! All to permanent plant and under collective agreement!
Nationalization without compensation and under workers' control of any factory that shuts down, suspends or lays off and make it start producing now!
Expropriation without compensation of the land of the entire oligarchy! Banks, mining companies, oil companies and all the transnationals must be expropriated without compensation and make it produce under workers' control! Those are the resources to fight hunger in the country of the humid pampas!
Minimum, vital and mobile salary of 250 thousand pesos, indexed with a trigger clause month by month according to inflation, for the entire working class! Out with the IMF! No to external debt payment!
Unfortunately, the FIT-U (PO, PTS, IS, MST), which raises the slogan of sliding scale of wages and sliding scale of hours with a salary equal to the family basket, only propose it in laws for the parliament, which is a cave at the service of the IMF and Wall Street, to vote on. Enough! Today it has to be a motion to be voted by the rank and file of the unemployed movement, the factories and work places. There are two paths left: either mobilizations of pressure on the anti worker government so that it gives something, subordinated to the union bureaucracy; or we fight for everything by throwing out the union and picketers bureaucracy, to stop the attack.
We have to fight like in the Chubutazo of December 2021! There, the working class unified its forces in the face of the bosses' attack, clashing with the government and all the institutions of the hated regime, servant of the monopolies.
To conquer the unity of employed and unemployed workers and decent work, we need to retake the fight of the heroic picketers from the North of Salta in 2001 and the 21-point program.
With strikes, pickets, a plan of struggle... We must impose a GENERAL STRIKE to defeat the capitalists to guarantee a workers' way out of the catastrophe that is already here.
That means that we have to put our knee in the bosses' chest to conquer our demands. There are plenty of forces to revolt the entire labor movement. WE MUST MARCH TO THE CGT AND THE CTA TO SET A DATE FOR THE GENERAL STRIKE AND IMPOSE IT! Just as the combative workers of the Bus Line 60, of ATILRA, etc., raised when they expelled the CGT bureaucracy of the rally of March 3, 2017 and agitated from the stage. Set a date for the Strike you bastard!
Today this great mobilization of unemployed workers and their Federal March shows the strength that exists in our class and should be a lever to revolt millions who are in prison factories in the sweat shop Argentina. The imprisonment and persecution suffered by the workers who fight for our demands in Argentina are part of the same plan to punish the working class of the continent commanded by the butcher Biden. The same is done by governments that show themselves as “progressive”, such Boric’s in Chile, which has thousands of prisoners from the 2019 uprising, or Castillo’s (repressor and murderer) in Peru, even Díaz-Canel’s in Cuba, which has hundreds of prisoners and convicted for fighting for bread on July 11, 2021. Duque’s government in Colombia has nothing has to envy them, since it continues murdering worker and youth activism.

We reproduce below an excerpt of the 21 points of the picketers from the North of Salta who confronted the oil companies, united their struggle together with the employed workers and the group of the exploited in the north of the country for genuine work for all.
This program that we present here was a huge revolutionary milestone that marked the first steps for the Argentinazo of December 2001, welding the workers' and popular unity.
In face of the Federal March that has arrived in Buenos Aires, we believe that these resolutions voted in picket assemblies against the oil companies are a valuable fighting tool to conquer the path to weld the unity of the employed and unemployed and conquer all our demands.
The 21 points of the picketers from the North of Salta

“The workers gathered here declare the following:
1) The north of Salta is the country. We are the living example of a country confiscated by a handful of monopolies and bankers, by their political agents and a regime that DOES NOT SERVE THE WORKERS.
The unemployed of today are not the result of an inevitable law, but rather the result of the capitalist business that has been set up on our sacrifice and the surrender of the assets that were made on the basis of our contribution... We must remember that YPF workers have been laid off on large scale to reduce labor costs based on the benefit... of these octopuses... YPF is, furthermore, the example of the fraudulent purchase of state owned companies in exchange for foreign debt securities, a debt armed with self-loans from economic groups, validated by democracy and never investigated.
2) Those of us gathered here declare that our claims are our rights. That a subsidy for the unemployed is not a gift, it is a right because it is this regime that is obliged to give us work and if it were not so, it has no reason to exist. We clearly know that the employment plans are implemented as a mechanism to further lower the salary of the active worker and by fighting for them we do so with the perspective of starting work, achieving full effectiveness and outsourced jobs.
3) The State has adopted as a policy against the popular rebellion the creation of "emergency councils" or multisectoral or "agreement talks" in which the workers' organizations are subject to compromise with the representatives of the political and social forces who are responsible for the catastrophe we are experiencing.
We declare against this attempt the setting up of organizations, independent from the State and from any interest contrary to the workers’. Making a balance sheet of the different experiences of struggle, we have verified how the government has tried to divide the unemployed by buying leaders. The leaders who have betrayed the unemployed must be expelled from the organizations and considered enemies of the workers...
4) Those of us gathered here declare the constitution of a DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATOR OF UNEMPLOYED WORKERS OF NORTH OF SALTA... on the basis of the following methods:
A- Working based on assemblies that make the decisions and elect the representatives that must be revocable whenever the assembly decides.
B- Organizations independent of the provincial and national government, of all its agents and bosses’ organizations.
D- The management of the work plans, the positions that are obtained in the private companies, the food bags and everything that is conquered must be under the control of the assemblies so that it is distributed to those who need it the most and to those who are most committed with the fight…”
