US imperialism gets back to its backyard…

The 9th Summit of the Americas: a meeting of US imperialism to impose discipline on all the governments and regimes and reinforce its domination over the continent

Between June 6th and 10th, 2022, the 9th Summit of the Americas took place in LA, USA. It was a meeting of the US imperialist general staff, returning over its backyard, to impose a strong grip and discipline on its agents, the local bourgeoisies, for them to keep on applying the US pirates' plans of plundering, and placing the crisis over the exploited of the continent.

The meeting took place in moments of a heavy offensive of US imperialism disputing the imperialist Maastricht the control of the world economy and spheres of influence. With NATO as the beachhead, USA is stepping on Ukraine by the hand of his boss, Biden, in an offensive to besiege Russia and China in detriment of its competitors of the other imperialist powers, mainly the French-German axis. Biden, the current commander in chief of NATO counterrevolutionary forces, is preparing for this. On June 29 and 30 they will celebrate their summit in Madrid, Spain, as part of these counterrevolutionary meetings, such as the Summit of the Americas is in Latin America for the US.

Thus, with the presence of OAS and the businessmen of the transnational companies, in the Summit of the Americas there were 23 rulers. Among them, there were some brilliantly servile to imperialism, like the class-collaboration governments of the pro-US “New Left”, heading the Stalinist Boric, of Chile or Pedro Castillo from Peru. They were shown as “progressive governments”, the latter being accompanied by his minister of Economy and Finances Oscar Graham; the Peruvian permanent representative in the OAS, Harold Forsyth and the ambassador of Peru in Spain, Oscar Maurtua. Sided by the Peruvian representatives, Castillo invited the US businessmen to keep on investing in Peru without any fear, feeling instead sure and trusting. This shows he is a direct agent of US pirates. In their speech at the inauguration ceremony they said “May the 9th Summit of the Americas’ success be a significant accomplishment of our continent. Peru will resolutely contribute to reach this target. America for the Americans! (Infobae news, June 11, 2022). His words were so true in its commitment while pledging loyalty to its master that in Peru they decreed the state of emergency (state of siege) and for 60 days, in Arequipa mining region, the armed forces and the police, instructed by the US military bases in Peru, were there looking after the interests of the transnational companies.

Another one who did not stay behind was his colleague Gabriel Boric from Chile. He declared his subordination saying “I think it is possible to praise a new type of left, a left to be deeply democratic.” While in meeting with the big companies and in the summit with the US, he offered the natural resources “Chile has lithium, copper, long shores, winds that let us have renewable energy. It is a conviction that the world needs Chile, and Chile needs the world. We need to advance more in the American integration. We only have 15% of inter-regional trade, unlike Europe who has 70%. It is time to leave polarization and the only-one-voice behind. I invite you to work together, for a new continental treaty to work for a sustainable equalitarian development. From Latin America, we can change the world.” This Stalinist also confessed that as the chief of the Pinochetista armed forces he has brutally repressed the rebel youth, keeps the prisoners of the Revolt as hostages and has just militarized the Araucania to guarantee the FTA and apply the worst plans of the transnational companies of continuing the plunder, loading all the burden of the crisis on the working class and the exploited.

On the other hand, the exhausted forces of the “Bolibourgeoisie” of that rip-of of the “Bolivarian revolution”, asking not to be left out of the summit, swiftly came to complain that Biden, the representative of the US pirates, had excluded them, because he considers the bourgeoisies of Venezuela, Cuba and Honduras “anti-democratic”, treating them as squeezed lemons after accomplishing their jobs of expropriating the revolution at the end of the 20th century and beginning of the 21st one. Maduro and Diaz Canel of Cuba were the first ones in saying that the exclusion of countries in the Summit of the Americas was anti-democratic and arbitrary! This made the Mexican president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador to join the claim saying “he would not attend the Summit were all the countries11 not included”. The Bolivarians in Bolivia, Honduras and Argentina took that position as well. To tell the truth, this bravado was just a “bluff”, because they ended up sending governmental representatives, such as foreign relations ministers to the Summit. Alberto Fernandez from Argentina went to that summit, as in 2022 he was elected to the pro tempore presidency of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), and invited his US master Biden to participate in next CELAC summit, which was celebrated by Maduro and Diaz Canel of Cuba, showing their subordination and submission as good agents of the US.

Not even one of these bourgeoisies, neither the ones who first enlisted, nor the other who didn’t miss the appointment like the punished Bolivarians “excluded” who complained for being left out of the Summit or the business deals… No bourgeois has touched a single inch of the property of imperialism. Neither have they stopped repaying the fraudulent foreign debt to the IMF or the Morgan Bank, at the cost of starving their people and having touched not even a cent to the imperialist transnational properties.

The decadent Bolivarian bourgeoisies have been brave to strangle the anti-imperialist struggle of the masses and the revolutions in the Americas, though very coward to confront imperialism. Therefore Cuba is on its knees before the Summit of the Americas of the US, asking for the embargo to be removed so it can join business as Venezuela is doing, which just negotiated the selling of oil to USA to feed its and NATO's war machine to massacre the world.
In Bolivia, Chile and Peru, they are selling out all the resources of the nation to the transnational companies' greed, letting them to take away shoveloads of money.

In Mexico, president Manuel Lopez Obrador was the first in saying “I won’t attend the Summit because not all the countries of America are invited”. Notwithstanding that, he sent his foreign relations minister Marcelo Erbrard representing his government, after clarifying he has good relations with his counterpart Biden and that he looks forward to meet him next month to talk about the integration of the Americas. The actual reason is,
Mexico has entered into a recession process, in a market that has shrunk as a result of the 2008 and 2019-2020 world economic crises and crashes, which led USA to close its market, preventing the foreign companies there, as German Volkswagen for example, to keep on doing business through the FTA, which now has to be re-defined under the US full hegemony.
This not only showed that the national bourgeoisies of the semi-colonial countries are unable to wage any serious anti-imperialist struggle, but also their tantrums are because their wanting to be included. Actually ALL OF THEM WANT TO BE THERE to discuss their share in the businesses and make sure nobody stays outside. They want USA to let them negotiate with other imperialist powers to see what is their location in the world market.

One of the main points discussed was the migration policy. In a situation of a shrinking world market and with an exponentially growing population, 240 million inhabitants in the planet are forced to migrate. From the most impoverished countries in the continent, such as Honduras, Haiti, El Salvador, Guatemala, plundered by Wall Street, the convoys going to USA are each time bigger. They seek the “American Dream” (which is nothing but a chimera), as the working class there is also suffering a brutal attack, with over-exploited workers gaining less than 3 dollars an hour wage and the most basic rights are denied.
Since the day he took office, Biden made clear that he will keep the automatic deportation of most of the migrants that arrive to the US through the southern border, just as Trump did. Biden said “illegal migration is not acceptable and we will secure our borders”. While he declared this, some 15,000 migrants in northern Mexico are waiting for documentation and humanitarian visas to enter the USA, looking for a decent life and not dying in misery.
As a result the Los Angeles Agreement was signed to get a “controlled migration”, which contemplates a set of “humanitarian aid” loans that will be translated in more debt that the masses will pay, with the result of worse hardships that the ones they are already suffering and from the ones they are running away.

In the Summit of the Americas, the offensive of US imperialism on Latin America was expressed. US aligned all its agents with its international policy, calling for the “unity of democracies against dictatorships, autocracies and authoritarianism”. Biden made reference to his policy in Europe with his lackey Putin to partition Ukraine, preserving him as gendarme in the partition of that nation and in the businesses of imperialism in Eurasia and Syria. In Asia, he did so by aligning with the “democracies” against China and in Latin America excluding from the Summit of the Americas the countries that do not meet the “US democratic” standards.

Thus, Biden disciplines the different lackey bourgeoisies behind his international policy and the plan of plundering his backyard on behalf of Wall Street pirates and the IMF, while keeps the US bases in Honduras, in Soto Cano region, with more than 200 soldiers, as well as in Colombia, where he has 9 military bases; in the same way in Peru he has 8 bases in Amazonia; in Chile he has Fuerte Aguayo base in Concon and in Argentina the Malvinas Islands are occupied by British imperialism and a NATO military base is there with high technology warfare.
So the US SouthCom, with its bases, with its military treaties such as TIAR (International Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance), places the gurkha troops of the lackey Latin American bourgeoisies under his command, so they guarantee him his military adventures for the disputes of the spheres of influence, threatening the possibility of a Third World War, to safeguard his businesses in the region and coordinate actions against the working class, mostly crushing it if the revolution starts.
The only ones waging an anti-imperialist struggle have been the working class and the poor peasants in Latin America alongside the US working class in 2019-2020, which rose in a wave of revolutionary anti-imperialist struggle against the infamous governments and regimes.

In Ecuador, against the “gasolinazo” of the Moreno government on behalf of the US, a workers and peasant’s semi-insurrection took place which ended up with the government hiding in Guayaquil and the masses taking over Quito, one of the first uprisings of the 2019 Latin American wave of revolutionary struggle. In Chile, the Dignity Square was occupied and millions of exploited entered the fight putting the Pinochetista civic-military regime in crisis. In Peru, the youth, the working class and the poor peasants rose up in a revolutionary way and left the pro-US Fujimorista regime and its parties badly damaged, with the masses in the streets overthrowing the government in 2020. In Bolivia, the working class and the peasants confronted the OAS-led coup of the fascists of Media Luna, the US imperialism and the church, while the coward Bolivarian bourgeoisie of Evo Morales was running away. In Colombia, workers and peasants rose up against the pro-US government of Uribista Duque, as the American working class and the black people rose with the war cry “no justice, no peace” in the bowels of the imperialist beast against the murderous police and the imperialist government of Trump.

The leaderships, a “New Left” of Stalinists and renegades of Trotskyism, were responsible for the diversions and retreats of the mass revolutionary offensives, and upholders of the businesses of Wall Street and the imperialist Maastricht

The ones who saved the bourgeois regimes and states in crisis from the hatred of the masses were the treacherous leaderships who covered from the left the electoral traps and diversions of the bourgeoisies and ended up subordinating the working class to a continental class-collaboration front, subordinating it to the “progressive” bourgeoisies and the “democratic” imperialisms, letting the US imperialism and the IMF to come all the way today.

It is a “New Left” of the Communist Parties, the Stalinist bureaucracies and the currents that come from Trotskyism and the Fourth International, re-taking the old policy of Yalta Stalinism, e.i., the “peaceful coexistence” and supporting the “democratic” imperialisms.

The support of all the Stalinist parties and those of the renegades of Trotskyism to Sanders and the social-imperialists of the Democratic Party was organized from La Havana. They all ended up supporting Biden to drive the US masses out of the revolutionary struggle on the streets confronting the whole regime of domination inside the US. Now, they complain about USA, against the summit of NATO, the Summit of the Americas, when the renegades of Trotskyism, together with Stalinism, and the social-imperialist currents such as ISO of USA declared themselves sympathizers of Sanders, the “Democratic Socialists of America”, taking the working class and the rebel youth to the left wing of the imperialist bourgeoisie of the Democratic Party. This is how Biden was born.

This “New Left” led by Stalinism, supported by the renegades of Trotskyism, today whine about NATO saying “NO to NATO!” and its counterrevolutionary intervention in Eastern Europe and in the five continents. The Spanish Communist Party (PCE) is inside the “progressive” government of PSOE-Unidas Podemos, with Yolanda Diaz as minister of Labour and Social Economy, since January 2020, and second Vicepresident of the government of Spain. They are receiving the NATO (the armed arm of the transnational companies and imperialism) summit with a red carpet. It is the same Stalinism that leads the most important trade union federations in Europè, which conducted the working class to a dead end. In France, from the unions in which they are together with the anti-capitalists, they have supported the French Fifth Republic. In Greece, where the most important troops of NATO are, the Stalinists of the KKE (Communist Party of Greece) supported Syriza to defeat the working class. As “red policemen” (like in Chile) they beat the youth and workers with sticks when the latter tried to take over the parliament. How can they talk now about the war of NATO? They have supported their governments and regimes so that today they can openly dispute the distribution of the world.

So Stalinism, an agent of imperialism in the five continents, has supported and still supports the guns and tanks of Putin to massacre the masses in Ukraine, and which together with al-Assad's, goes on massacring the Syrian resistance on behalf of US imperialism. They are neither anti-imperialist nor anti-capitalists! They are their supporters.
This is the “left” of Maastricht and of the US pirates that today sits and applauds in the 9th Summit of the Americas.

As a refraction of the US New Left’s policy, currents that are part of the FIT-U praised the “socialists” of USA and other ones joined him, like the PSOL of Brazil and his leader Pedro Fuentes, or from LIS-MST of Argentina, which built an “international” together with the multi-millionaire Zionist Sanders, who ended up supporting and calling to vote for the NATO and US commander in chief, Biden.

Today, the Latin American left has to take responsibility for its support to the class collaboration governments that have diverted the revolutionary processes in Latin America, like LIT-CI or UIT-CI. Others did so more “critically”, like the PTS, who called to vote or give its political support to the class-collaboration processes which they legitimated guising them as “progressive”, like the political rip-of of the transnationals and imperialism called Pedro Castillo from Peru, supported by the CGTP, led by Stalinism and Patria Roja. In Chile they supported the Stalinist Boric, who emerged from the Broad Front. From La Havana, the Stalinist Patriotic Union and the FARC support Petro in Colombia…

They have to take responsibility for subordinating the vanguard to these governments and the “democratic” imperialisms, which are in the Summit of the Americas of the US swearing servitude to the transnational companies and the plan of plunder of the US general staff, the IMF and the pirates of Wall Street…

The last word has not been said. The objective conditions of the economic crash and a huge social and political crisis push for a heavy resistance against the questioned and discredited governments and regimes, as we see in Ecuador where the masses are returning to the fight. That’s also why USA adjusts its policy in its backyard, convulsive for the revolutionary struggles of the masses, as in Cuba the fight of the worker youth against the capitalist restoration.

The working class and the exploited of the continent need to remove the curtain with which the treacherous leaderships want to cover their eyes, breaking with the subordination to the bourgeoisie and all its institutions.

They need to regroup their forces and recover the working class militant internationalism, unifying with the US working class, which has the key to defeat their own imperialist bourgeoisie and free the tormented peoples of Latin America.

It is necessary to expropriate the expropriators!
US Hands off Latin America! Out with the US military bases from Colombia, Peru, Chile and the whole South America! Out with the British and NATO military base from Malvinas! Out with the US from Latin America!
