Regarding the trial of Cristina Kirchner in the Macrist courts
The different gangs of the construction contractors guild are fighting over the distribution of the bounty
The dispute among the capitalists for their businesses
IT'S NOT OUR FIGHT…
The struggle is class against class, ours is against all the exploiters and looters of the nation!
In the courts of the bosses' politicians of Argentina's democracy for the rich, the different gangs of parasites that plunder the nation and starve the people compete for business ruthlessly and, like pirates, persecute each other for their share of the loot.
Prosecutors and judges, who constitute the cream of the cream of the most rancid of the oligarchic bourgeois elites of Argentina, together with bosses' politicians such as the Kirchners, the Macris, the UCR's ones, etc., are throwing each other the blame about who has kept most of the super profits obtained through developing public works in Argentina in the last few years.
Therefore, in the present days the allegations of the prosecutors in the trial of Cristina Kirchner were paraded shamelessly on television, as well as her response to their accusations of robbery, theft, illicit association and si no, of which she was incriminated.
The workers, the wage slaves, the millions of unemployed and hungry have nothing to do with these disputes among the capitalist gangs on the benches of bourgeois justice, whereas the latter are the cause of all the scourges suffered by the exploited.
An oligarchic judicial power that works only for the rich, which is only there to punish the people and those who fight, and to save the businesses of the capitalists
Weeks ago, the peronist judges of Chubut, in its capital, Rawson, issued an infamous sentence against Santiago Goodman, the former general secretary of the teachers' union, accusing him of being a direct co-author of the burning of the legislature of that province in the mass uprisings of September 2019, when Chubut was paralyzed, because thousands of public employees had not received their salary for months.
In a rigged trial and without any evidences, a court also made up of anti-worker judges affiliated to the UCR, under the command of Peronist governor Arcioni, sentenced the teachers' leader to 3 years of imprisonment in suspension for the "crime" of leading the fight... to get paid!
Nothing new in the Patagonia of the Kirchners, in the provinces governed by the great capitalists of peronism. Years ago in Las Heras, Santa Cruz -the working class must not forget it-, the Kirchner judges sentenced the oil workers to life imprisonment who in 2006 had gone out to fight and led the fight against the tax on "profits" applied to the salary, which the Kirchners had imposed on the entire Argentine working class. At the headquarters of the Dirección de Vialidad (Roads Directorate) of Río Gallegos they weren't just doing business. There too, as witnesses denounced in the 2013 trial, the Gendarmerie tortured the oil workers sentenced to life imprisonment so that they incriminate themselves for "killing a police agent."
So wretched they are!
That was also what the Kirchners, Josecito, the Caputos and the Macris have been doing time and again in the Dirección de Vialidad Nacional headquarters: torturing workers!
They are repressors and murderers of the workers and the people! The anti-worker clique of the UCR and its deputies accompanied the clamor of the Kirchners to indict and punish without evidence the oil workers of Las Heras for the death of a murderous policeman, a torturer and repressor of the people.
Santiago Maldonado, Rafael Nahuel and Facundo Castro were assassinated after havimg been kidnapped by the thugs of the gangs that today fight for millions in the courts, led by Bullrich and the fascist Berni, who was applauded by her when he entered with his troops to crack down on the hundreds of evicted families that in Guernica, desperately, were looking for a plot of land where to place their tin plates and card boards to build a shanty town.
Recently, Daniel Ruiz and Sebastian Romero were also arrested, persecuted, imprisoned and sentenced for confronting this misery pension of the Macris that today, in the midst of the Peronist government, does not exceed the $36,000 pesos (~u$d 120) that millions of workers earn pero month, with which they cannot live beyond the 5th day of a month. In the famous 12 years of the Kirchners' peronist governments, more than 7,000 worker and popular fighters have been prosecuted, charged for "aggravated coercion", as a punishment and warning for the working class, all of that aimed to break the workers' struggles.
On top of all this, the poor people must today put up with these parasites talking about "legality, justice"... and "throwing" the billions of pesos they stole over their heads. Today they try to pose as "national and popular" with state "work plans" paying worse than miserable $15,000 pesos a month (u$s 50), denying access to decent work to more than 6 million workers. Their cynicism and the belated attempt to revive a smelly political party like Peronism, which has just starved the people for the last 3 years, continuing and deepening the work of Macri, a butler of imperialism, is already pathetic.
This is the Argentina of the capitalists. Those at the top have a row over the billions they were pocketing along while the workers, with their miserable wages, can no longer make ends meet.
The workers have nothing to do with these disputes between those who amassed fortunes with public works, a business of guaranteed profit and turnkey granted by the State. Yesterday the construction contractors were benefited by the military dictatorship and since '83 their patron has been this rotten democracy for the rich. They all have made fortunes at the cost of plundering the state and super-exploiting the working class.
The workers have nothing to do with these filthy rows among the political agents of imperialism and Wall Street servants. All of them visit the US Embassy daily and receive instructions, together with the Macrist and Peronist judges, from the true president of Argentina, e.g. the US ambassador Stanley, who acts as a viceroy of Wall Street in Buenos Aires. At a meeting with the largest business groups in Argentina, together with the oligarchy and the transnationals, in the Council of Americas, this Ambassador affirmed (and gave the order to make it true) that a government of "national unity" had to be put in place in Argentina, without delay, to guarantee the US imperialists they would keep the "lion's share" of the gas, soybean, mineral and now lithium businesses.
The national unity proclaimed by the head of the ruling elites from the US embassy includes, of course, the traitors of the union bureaucracy, who visit him daily in that embassy. There they receive orders on how to contain, submit and tie the hands of the Argentine working class and the movement of the unemployed, to transform the nation into a source of precarious slave labor, which allows both imperialism and "national" bourgeoisie to transform Argentina into a true maquiladora, as a condition to invest.
Of course, Super Minister Massa, of the Kirchner's "national and popular" government, heeded that call and took an exam before his boss, which was quickly approved... What a bunch of scoundrels!
The Fernandezes "national and popular" government, under the command of Massa, belong in the camp of the anti-worker forces. It's just that they're also under Braden-Stanley's orders.
Let's speak clearly. We must put order in the gild of Big construction contractors. Because the US imperialists are tightening the turnstile, this time they want to keep all the businesses of the state, including the oil and gas revenues of Vaca Muerta, edible oil seeds and cereals, mining, etc.
Those above, when they disagree in business, settle their controversies in this justice for the rich that every one of them recognizes, while they dispute who would put their trusted manager in court
This bourgeois justice is there to defend property of, and looting and theft by capitalist gangs and imperialism against the nation and the workers. As we have seen in this case, they do so publicly in such a clear way that this complaint should not abound in more explanations, since they themselves have given them in their accusations and defenses.
The macrist prosecutors proposed to get Cristina into retirement and fire her from business with a few years in prison, which, even if she were convicted, she would surely never serve. Remember that (former president along the 1990s) Menem died at the age of 90, almost embalmed in the Senate so that he would not serve any sentence.
Cristina was accused of reaping billionaire profits through public works. They accuse her of pocketing more than 40 billion pesos. In her response, startled, with figures in hand, she affirmed the following: “But Lázaro Baez during the 12 years of my government got only 10% of the public works and invoiced barely 5 billion pesos!” With an accusing finger, she affirmed: “It is Macri's businessmen, like Caputo, those from IECSA, the Roggios, the Farallon group, who continued to receive the best business, as in the time of the dictatorship and the Macri government and (she shouted to the 4 corners of the planet) in the 12 years of my government! Then they built the largest infrastructure works for the Argentine State”. Ultimately, what Cristina denounced, neither more nor less, is that she “barely kept 5 billion pesos and you, instead, more than 50 billion pesos. We gave you the largest construction works in Argentina. You are the ones who paid the bribe to Josecito…”.
A free confession by the very same perp, is generally enough evidence... What they are discussing is who paid the most bribe to Josecito and who stole the most from public works. And they say it in broad daylight, devoid of any shame!
As we will see later, the fact that there are currents that call themselves of the working class and socialism, such as the PTS of Bregman and Del Caño or the New MAS of Castañeira, all of whom fervently support Kirchner, "because she is a politically persecuted” person, should be a cause of embarrassment, to say the least. Because in reality they are lining up to defend the businesses of a gang of capitalists, who would be so equally willing to persecute the other if it were about dollars and businesses. The above-mentioned people have long since broken all ties with the revolutionary movement and the Fourth International. As Trotsky said, whoever gives even the little finger nail to a fraction of the bourgeoisie “is giving his/her soul to the devil”. These people have been living with him in hell for a long time.
There can be no doubt about this. No one can be confused anymore. As for Fernández de Kirchner, what she is saying to the Macris and the Stanleys, is the following: “I guaranteed you all the businesses that you had been having since the time of the military dictatorship in my government, where you took money away with a mechanic shovel, Why are you attacking me? You, Macrist gentlemen, in my government is when you made the most money with public works. What are you complaining about?". She said, while passing a form with the more than 98 billion pesos that Macri's friends billed during her government.
“In fact,” the lady affirmed, “it was Néstor Kirchner at the Olivos presidential residence who handed over the ok for the (up to that time not authorized by law) merger with Cablevision to Magnetto of Clarín. Why are you persecuting me?” lamented Cristina, who as president had just been the business manager of the entire capitalist class for 12 years.
Was it necessary to crawl so much, to then try to appear as "national, popular and combative"?
The judges who settle this fight and who spend their lives almost anonymously switching between their mansions and trips to the US, between luxurious golf and soccer fields, come from the "military party", the UCR, the PJ (Peronist - Justicialist- Party, N.T.) and the PRO. They all come from the same filthy sewer of this capitalist system. And to tell the truth, the boss politicians too.
The old guard construction contractors do not forgive Cristina that a newcomer like Lázaro Baez keeps a part of their business
Their different companies are concentrated in the Chamber of Construction. This has never forgiven the Kirchners that an unknown merchant from Santa Cruz had taken a huge slice of their business with the state, which they had for granted as theirs alone for decades. This is what is being litigated today in court, the emergence of a new bourgeois gang that in the 12 years of kirchnerism entered the big businesses of public works.
A fierce dispute within the construction contractor guild is being witnessed in Argentina. This is a bourgeois fraction that, as we have already said, is intimately linked to the governments of the day, from where they get their perks, privileges and tenders and to which they must give, as they always did with the dictatorship, with the radicals, with the K, with the Macri government, 10% of the proceeds of their business as "commissions".
It is the bourgeois governments, then, that guarantee safe businesses, without any risk, in building highways, dams, highways, schools, etc., also managing ports, with waterway concessions. All of them are tied to and associated with the imperialist banks. They are the biggest looters of the State Treasury, as is imperialism and its looting IMF. Venture capitalism? They are parasites, such lazy and miserable!
The Chamber of Construction unites the “barons”, the businessmen intimately linked to power.
They, together with the Chamber of national and foreign banks, the Stock Exchange, the UIA and the anti-workers of the Rural Society, constitute the real power and are the ones who really govern in Argentina, behind the facade of the different bosses' politicians, but always under the command of the US embassy.
Bourgeois democracy only sweetens and conceals from the masses this brutal dictatorship of capital and the true owners of the nation.
A living example of what we are saying here is when Cristina herself acknowledged that Lopecito, her second political official in the Ministry of Public Works, lived in a house the Farallon group, a partner of Macri's and one of the largest construction companies in Argentina, had given him. Perhaps for decades she ignored that for decades, until now? Nobody would be gullified! Everyone, including her, ate from the same plate.
Cristina gave a highly illuminating course on how she, her government as well as construction contractor Macri and other criminals do lucrative business with the state. She herself explained how, in these businesses, all the members of the construction contractor guild protect themselves against inflation, when she stated that they charged an update of the work cost certificates month by month according to inflation. For them, there is a "contract update" signed by the state and a trigger clause to collect their work certificate updating without being affected by inflation. For the workers, nothing. Rascals! Such is the pus of this rotten capitalist system of a handful of parasites that live off the blood and sweat of the Argentine workers and people. That's the truth.
Cristina boasted that in her 12 years she had paid the IMF the total sum of Argentina's foreign debt for 10 billion dollars. With these funds, more than 3 million homes could have been built, to give shelter to more than 12 million Argentines. This is Cristina's defense. "I'm one of you, idiots, Why you attack me?" she laments.
The workers have nothing to do with this robbery and looting of the nation. They cannot choose among any of their executioners. These bands of criminals and parasites are partners intertwined in multiple businesses in the countryside with the Rural Society, the imperialist bandits, the oilmen, etc. This is what the historical place of the native bourgeoisies in semi-colonial countries, minor partners of imperialism in the countries it oppresses, is about.
Kirchnerism entered the big business of the Argentinian bourgeois leading the detour and the control of the revolutionary mass struggle of 2001
To do this they have, and are doing so, had to dress as “people’s friends”. They deviated, under the farse of the “Bolivarian revolution”, the big revolutionary struggle and the “Argentinazo” that started the cheated workers and the poor people in 2001. Kirchner presumed “taking Argentina out of hell”. That is how Kirchner wants to be remembered in history. In other words, having saved the capitalist system and the business of all the ruling elites of the country.
Around 2001, Kirchner, which are a group inside Peronism, mutated. Because the “national and popular” and “Bolivarians” of yesterday and today had just hugged Macri and his band in the infamous decade of the 90s as everyone, they were Menem’s best soldiers. It is not by chance that today in the ‘Frente de Todos’ (Front of All) Alberto Fernandez, Aníbal Fernández, and Felipe Sola have prominent charges. Not only were the best soldiers of Menem, but the best bourgeois soldiers to suppress and kill the people, when they acted, with Duhalde, as the ideological and material perpetrator of the Kostequi and Santillan's massacre in Pueyrredon Bridge in 2002.
This is what all is about, where the protagonists are the different gangs of slavers fighting for business, but when their slaves’ revolt, everyone uses the same whip and they all have the same boss, the US embassy and the IMF.
For the workers, this is not our fight. Our fight is against all of them. All the Peronists, Radicals, and PRO judges of this rotten rich justice must go out.
Everybody out! Out with this parliament with a chamber of lifelong senators! Out with presidents who, with monarchy powers, rule by decree if they want!
Everybody out! Out with this rotten democracy for the rich, that hides the fiercest dictatorship of capital! While they are fighting, they all agree when it comes to imposing looting on the people to pay the IMF, when it comes to putting exorbitant prices to their good, when it comes to leaking foreign currency, putting leonine interest rates for savings of the workers and the people, when it comes to defending their property, which they maintain as parasites, just as the agrarian oligarchy does, which burns their fields and sends their cows to graze on the islands of the Delta to later smuggle and export them from Brazil, as they do with soybeans from Paraguay.
What is rotten, corrupted, and deserves to die, is this capitalist system. It is not about corruption, but about a system based on profit and theft, that is sustained by blood and fire against the only class that produces wealth, the working class.
What is corrupted and rotten is this state and the ruling elite of parasites lackey and sepoys of imperialism and the US. Everybody presumes Vaca Muerta, the big wealth of gas and oil that lies underground in Patagonia. But everybody silences that they handed it over to Chevron and Exxon, in a privacy and confidentiality contract, a spurious and surrendering agreement, for 10 years, as the governor of the UCR Morales in Jujuy or Saenz in Salta with the lithium have just done.
The truth is that this pestilent work that is presented on television, this lawsuit of parasites in the courts of the citadel of power is paid by ourselves, the workers, with hunger, misery, cost of life and unemployment.
This will finish with a socialist triumphant revolution that leaves no stone upon stone of this fiery dictatorship of capital.
The struggle is class against class
This is not our dispute nor our fight! Our fight is against all of them! None of these bandits has hesitated when it comes to cracking down, murdering and imprisoning the best elements of the working class and the poor people.
We do not forget the hundreds of workers leaders who were murdered by the AAA of Peron and López Rega. We do not forget that Luder, the Peronist president, gave the order of “exterminating subversion”; nor Balbín who called to “exterminating the factory guerrilla”. Everyone collaborated with the dictatorship, including their judges and politicians, who provided over more than 800 mayors and governors to Videla.
And while the Macris embraced the military dictatorship, the Kirchners were hiding in Santa Cruz under the protective cloak of the air force. Otherwise, they have to prove how many habeas corpus they presented as recently graduated lawyers for the disappeared comrades, including thousands of their own.
The new working-class generation should know this.
For decades of this democracy for the rich, all of them saved the majority of the genocidal military and handed over only the head of a few. Cristina defends herself of the judges and prosecutors who are children of the genocidal of the 76s and she says nothing of the armed forces which she commanded had among their ranks an officer cast inherited from Galtieri, Bignone and Videla, of which a few were punished, as we said, in order to save all of them. And they saved them with this same justice for the rich, that during decades kept free even the most conspicuous representatives of the genocide.
The gangs of the local constructors defend their interests and their businesses
We workers must defend ours
We workers fight for what is ours, for our work, for a living and mobile minimum wage of 250,000 pesos and the distribution of working hours among all the available hands to produce.
They accuse each other over the millions they have stolen, while all together steal our salary guaranteed by the Peronist union bureaucracy, controlling and oppressing the labor movement supported by the State, which supports it and bribes it. They have fed a "piquetera" bureaucracy, paid yesterday by Macri and today by themselves, to control the unemployed movement and prevent it from fighting for decent work and wages alongside the employed workers, as in 2001.
We fight to recover the companies privatized by the Menemism.
We fight for breaking with imperialism and expropriating the lands of those parasites who maintain the land reading La Nación (a bourgeois newspaper) in a Recoleta café (one of the most selective neighborhoods of Buenos Aires), associated with Cargill, ADM and Bunge.
And the labor movement history and its struggles will condemn them to all
The history of the working class and its struggles will do justice to the 30,000 disappeared by dissolving that murderous caste of officers of the armed forces and the police, gendarmerie, intelligence services that repress the fighters.
It will be the workers' and popular courts that will do justice with the murderers of Verón, Victor Choque, Teresa Rodriguez, Kostequi, Santillan, Justiniano, Maldonado, Facundo Castro, Rafael Nahuel and all those assassinated by this democracy for the rich and its police forces.
It will be the workers' and popular courts that will acquit the oil workers of Las Heras sentenced to life, Daniel Ruiz, Sebastian Romero and all the workers who by hundreds are prosecuted by this Justice of "right-wing" judges of Peronism, the UCR and the PRO.
It will be the workers' and popular courts that will do justice recovering the billions of dollars that an elite of oligarchs, big businessmen, bankers and imperialism stole and fled from the country, expropriating them and taking over all their goods and properties, and proscribing them forever, from political life and the management of the nation's resources and wealth and imprisoning all the looters of the people.
The workers' and popular courts, supported by the revolutionary struggle of the masses, will be the only ones that will be able to dissolve this caste of millionaire judges, repressors, unconditional defenders of private property of the means of production and exchange from a ruling class that has brought most of the nation to prostration, hunger and misery.
The labor movement has no allies among its executioners
The scandalous policy of the parliamentary left: open support for bosses' politicians
They tie the fate of the working class to one of their executioners to whom they call "progressives"
The scandalous position of the Left Currents, such as the PTS or the NMAS, politically supporting one of the gangs of big capitalists who looted the nation is just one more example that shows that these currents have broken all ties with the program of the revolutionary Marxism, that is, Trotskyism and the Fourth International. They have become a true appendage of Kirchnerism.
They will soon run out of excuses to vote for them in the elections against Macri, since their campist policy leads them more and more to it, that is, they define their strategy and their program looking for how to support the "progressive bourgeois" or the "progressive camp" of the enemies of the working class against the regressive or reactionary camp. They are following the old class collaboration policy of Stalinism. A true program to set up a “popular front”, as he liked to call the Communist Parties when they made political alliances with the bourgeoisie, aligning the proletariat with a fraction of it. The PTS remains committed to the Fernandez government and its Kirchnerist wing, which it treats as "progressive" and "persecuted", when the latter, like the anti-worker judges and their prosecutors, has control of all the state repression. A shameful position.
These currents of the "New Left" are relatives and twins of those who openly supported Petro, Boric, Lula, Arce, Castillo. A New Left, this time a direct agent of the Gringos, such as these governments, which first meet with the US embassy and the large transnationals in their countries to oppress the workers and hand over the wealth of our peoples.
The FIT, in its different variants, is already on that path, since not only have the NMAS and the PTS unfurled flags openly supporting Kirchnerism, but others, such as IS and its allies, openly state that these judges of the dictatorship, of the vernacular oligarchy can serve justice with the robbery and looting of the nation.
They argue around which is the "progressive bourgeois camp" that would supposedly benefit the working class and its struggles. But this perfidious policy only manages to finish breaking all strategy and struggle for class independence as a condition to prepare a workers' and popular counter-offensive, which places the working class in the best conditions to defeat the traitors of the union bureaucracy and resume the path to the general strike, uniting the struggles of the employed workers, the unemployed and the poor people. There it is the strength of the working class and its allies and not the submission before any of his executioners!
Everybody of them must go out, not even one should remain!
We must prepare a workers' and popular counteroffensive!
Open the road to the triumphant “Argentinazo”!
The path of the working class is to resume the great combats of its historical deeds, that of the Resistance of 1955 against the Libertadora (name of the coup that overthrew Peron's Government in 1955), that of the "Cordobazo", the Coordinators of the '70s, and the 2001 uprising, which threw the president away who fled in a helicopter, as the repressors and looters of the nation of the government of Fernandez, Massa and his vice president deserve.
Awakening illusions in the workers about the benefits of the current government, that is, of the vice president of the nation, means "throwing tons and tons of water on the fire of the working class’s combats." It is explicit support for the pro-imperialist bourgeois government of Peronism. It is that no one fights if they do not hate their enemy. That is what the capitulatory policy of the regime's left is all about, showing workers’ enemies as their allies.
The political crisis deepens. Peronism no longer has epics or legends to tell, but rather a course of attacks and repression against the working class. They are the great organizers of the traitors of the union bureaucracy, always ready to act as the gendarme of capital. Union bureaucracy and also piqueteros that they now use to pay with the hunger of the people for the latest looting carried out by imperialism and the big bourgeoisie with the Macri government and his business gang.
Those of above fight. They prepare their institutions to attack the masses, be it the bosses' political parties, the bourgeois justice and their repressive forces.
Preparing a worker and popular counteroffensive becomes a matter of life or death. A new regrouping of the working ranks is necessary. The struggle for a new revolutionary party that fights under the internationalist banners of Trotskyism and the IV International is presented as an urgent necessity.
The working class has put enormous efforts and left enormous milestones in the fight against this government, as it did before against the anti-workers and oligarchs of the PRO. Incipiently, but tending to become generalized in every serious combat, a movement of self-organization and rupture with the Peronist union bureaucracy has been set in motion. If this process develops and spreads, the conditions will be created for a definitive and open rupture of the working class with all the bosses' politicians and with Peronism in particular.
All the efforts of our revolutionary Trotskyist forces in Argentina are focused on these challenges. We only demand a fighting position and the right to convince the best fighters of the working class and youth of our program for the socialist revolution.
The task of 2001 remains unfinished, since the demand that "everyone out, nobody left" can only be fulfilled if a revolutionary workers' and popular government is imposed, based on the revolutionary and struggling organizations of the exploited.
The path is the triumphant "Argentinazo". Preparing and organizing it is the task of the moment. For this, we call on the workers and the rebellious youth to organize under the banner and program of the IV International.
Everybody of them must go out, not even one should remain!
Argentina will be socialist or a Wall Street colony
