Revisionism breaks every link with Trotskyism and, hand in hand with Stalinism, marches on to setting foot to a new “Progressist International”, a new obstacle in the path of the heroic combats of the masses

The 4th International, our party, has suffered a new and cruel defeat: most of its forces have broken every connection to the 4th International, after a fierce revisionism against Marxism during Yalta but above all, as from 1989, that left no traces of continuity in the Trotskyist movement.

The main task and the challenge for the 7th Congress consist of a strategic re arming to recover the 4th International flags that have been trampled on by revisionism.

This International Correspondence and our Congress will be open for the intervention of any advanced worker and revolutionary nucleus willing to debate openly on how to recover the 4th International in an attempt to give a revolutionary answer to the acid tests expressed in the open clashes between revolution and counterrevolution at a world level and above all, to fix the position over the war that clearly defines who is Marxist and who is a vulgar reformist that places the proletariat in the class enemy trenches.
That is to say, the trenches in Syria, Ukraine, Gaza massacred by Zionism and in the Caucasus define who is defending the workers interests on wars and who is betraying them.

After Stalinism gave away the workers states in 1989, imperialism set a new treacherous leadership that led to cruel defeats every uprising of the masses. The World Social Forum is retrieving itself stained in blood and treason. A new “Progressist International” is arising, held by Stalinism and ex Trotskyists to deepen the treasons to the international proletariat.

The debates in our Congress will be open to militant workers and currents leading the fight against imperialism and its regimes all over the world, combating against the cynical and deceitful policies of class collaboration fronts with the bourgeoisie impulse by this new so called “progressist” and indeed counterrevolutionary international. They come to continue Stalinism and WSF work, after these finished playing their counterrevolutionary role in history in the past decades of the 21th century.

This “Progressist International” resumes the old policies of Stalinism of popular fronts that in the 30s provoked great tragedies to the proletariat, as in China, Spain and France, only to lead to fascism and war. As Trotsky said in the Transitional Program, “popular fronts on one side and fascism on the other are the imperialism’s last political resources in its fight against proletarian revolution.” While the popular front deviates the combats of the exploited, fascism smashes them…
This is what the “Progressist International” is about: a true world scale popular front to submit the proletariat to the “democratic” bourgeoisies such as “Biden against Trump”, “everybody against Milei”, “let´s support Boric against the right”, “everybody against Uribe”, “we stand by PSOE and Podemos to face VOX”… always looking for the lesser evil. The result is the lesser evil doing the dirty work and disorganizing masses only for Bonapartism or fascism to stabilize the situation on the bourgeoisie’s favor.
Actually, it is Boric who sustains the Pinochetista regime. It is Biden who commands the Zionist massacre in Palestine. It is Petro who defends the US imperialist military bases in Colombia, just like the Shiite bourgeoisie in the Middle East, claimed as anti-imperialist by many of the 4th International liquidators when it is the Iranian theocracy, together with the Arab bourgeoises what are fencing in Gaza the heroic resistance of the masses.

This new “Progressist international” has been set up by the bourgeois governments and regimes. Imperialism has just squeezed until the last drop of the World Social Forum and the scam of the Bolivarian Revolution using them to save capitalism since the masses stroke their first uprisings of the 21th century and the world crack started shaking the world as from 2008.
This was the precise moment for the renegades of Trotskyism, imposing a cruel revisionism to leave no stone unturned in the Trotskyist movement and its theoretical legacy, to openly renounce the Fourth International and go over with weapons and baggage to the pseudo-theory of the “revolution in stages” and the political fronts with the bourgeoisie.
The new “Progressive International” that the former Trotskyists, together with Stalinism are setting up is based precisely on supporting the “democratic fronts” of the supposed “democratic” bourgeoisies against the “dictatorships” or the “right-wing” bourgeois sectors. This is a true fallacy, as we have been unmasking from the FLTI.

This is a miserable infamy. This new ¨democratic fronts’ international¨ emerges just when the WSF leaves its place in history in 2013-2014 stating, as its last counterrevolutionary contribution that in Syria ¨the enemy is ISIS and terrorism¨. THE Trotskyite renegades, Stalinists and pseudo anarchists ran to hug al-Assad and Putin who drowned the Syrian revolution in blood and ended up strangling the revolutionary uprising in the Middle East that had started in 2011.
This great betrayal is paid for today by the Palestinian masses. They are being martyrized by Zionism with the excuse of the “war on terrorism”.

From this dirt has emerged this “International” of 4th International liquidators who have openly renounced to Trotskyism, Stalinists, and bourgeoisies direct agents of imperialism. This “international” supported Biden with the excuse of “confronting Trump”, through the Democrat Party left wing of Sanders and Ocasio- Cortez. They all command Zionism and its bloodshed in Palestine as we have said. It is the rebel youth of USA the one openly clashing against them.

Meanwhile, after using the “nice” figure of Biden, with which they have taken uprising masses off their revolutionary combat in 2020 in the USA, and after Biden had smashed revolutionary processes with the worst fascist methods around the world, strengthened NATO and its military control of international routes of commerce, now Wall Street is preparing Trump.
The senile features of Biden seemed to reflect the senile elements of the North American economy, surviving by looting the planet and with its war industry. This is how US imperialists buy time to finish colonizing China and Russia.

Trump as appointed the immigrants, impoverished Latin American masses looted by US Trans nationals, as his enemies. This fascist demagogy has already gathered 25 states to march on the border of the Rio Bravo.
Trump will be back (the one who organized the putsch against the American Congress) to try to break historically the contradiction of the imperialist US American regime between its counterrevolutionary Bonapartist and fascist policy worldwide and its democratic-parliamentarian forms that it keeps within the USA.
The US imperialists are shooting their way back into the planet to keep their supremacy. In that role, no one has been better than Biden, only Johnson and Bush in their invasions of Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq.
But the USA needs to defeat their own masses to take bigger offensives without having radicalized movements impeding them from going to war worldwide as happened in Vietnam, Iraq and today with Palestine.
Wall Street wants fascism lashing on the streets of USA, however hard it is for the adorers of the bourgeoisie democracy to believe and if consequentially they are not preparing the US proletariat for this.
USA is the focus of the world capitalist imperialist economic crisis. It can only maintain its domain with war and counterrevolution.
Pacifist assholes will never admit Americans have controlled the world economy with the atomic bomb… that is how WWII ended and the “democratic allies” of traitor Stalin’s resulted the winners.

The brutal crisis and decline of imperialism brings with it the crisis of parliamentarism and reformism

Here and there imperialism has organized a large-scale counteroffensive against the pre-revolutionary rise that had put the masses on the offensive during the first two decades of the 21st century.
Wars of colonialism and oppression and the tendency to Bonapartist coups and putches are the order of the day. The US will not maintain control of the planet through peaceful means, nor will any imperialist power fall from the world economy "playing the lyre", like Nero when Rome burned. The fierce struggle for the world market and the sources of raw materials from Africa, Asia and Latin America and the inter-imperialist clashes for control of the enormous and powerful Chinese internal market and for the sources of raw materials from Russia are only getting deeper.

Moving forward the alternative is clear: either the proletariat stops this imperialist counteroffensive by setting up a new revolutionary leadership of combat for the socialist revolution at the international level, or what will lie ahead is generalized war and the devastation of the planet. There is no other alternative.

The era of anti-reformism has opened. We are talking not about a moment, but about an entire historical period.
Reformism can no longer even show alms to pass off as conquests and its leaders of the “democratic fronts” are exposed day by day.
As we have seen, former Trotskyists such as the MST of Argentina, the PSOL of Brazil or the ISO of USA supported, along with Stalinism, the left wing of the Democratic Party of Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez (of which the Argentinian PTS’s electoral spots made stealthy copycats). This policy ended with Biden in power commanding the massacres against the Palestinian people, as we have already stated.
Today, this entire reformist left is breaking its teeth with reality, because the entire radicalized wing of USA youth is openly confronting genocidal Biden, even putting his re-election candidacy at risk.
The Palestinian youth movement in the US has issued a statement, which we reproduce as an annex to this presentation, where they vindicate their fighting organizations of the “Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), Within Our Lifetime (WOL), the U.S. Palestinian Community Network and Students for Justice in Palestine” and state that they are persecuted and even imprisoned by the Biden government and are slandered by Ocasio-Cortez of the “Democratic Socialists of America” (DSA), a partner of the PTS, the PSOL, the MST, the Anticapitalists, etc. Given this, the radicalized youth defines that “they are attacks on the Palestinian liberation movement as a whole” That is, they accuse all agents of the “democratic front” of being agents of Zionism.
Furthermore, they denounce that their movement in support of Palestine has been slandered a thousand times by the so-called “progressive left” and affirm that “we are not loyal to our oppressors”, and close by stating that “Liberation will not come from the ballot box or the DSA electoral project but from the collective development and revolutionary action of the masses”.
This is a huge example of the fact that the “Progressive International” does not and will not bear any decisive radicalization process of the masses or the vanguard.

These guys have not only called to support in the US the greatest responsable of the genocide of the Palestinian people with the excuse of fighting “against Trump”.
The majority of the reformist left currents of this new “Progressive International” have supported Putin “against the Kyiv fascists” in Ukraine. Others claimed that USA and NATO were going to free Ukraine from the “great” Russian massacre. There is the result: a broken and bloodied Ukraine.
In Chile everyone of them supported Boric, the most faithful representative of the “Gringo left” of Wall Street. They support “reconciliation pacts” like in Colombia, where the US military bases’ regime has remained intact.
Among other outrages, they have legitimized the “Cuban Stalinist left” that covered up the baton of the new Castro bourgeoisie that beat the starving workers of the island to death.

In Argentina, they are in fact a wing of Kirchnerism, which they beg to confront Milei, when it is the Peronist party what gave him the quorum and the necessary votes in Parliament for the government to apply its plan against the masses.
The FIT-U and the PTS, their “most advanced” current, proposed that the “Bases Law” was going to be defeated by putting pressure on the Congress and making a written petition for the union bureaucracy to call a general strike. Never before has a reformist trying to pose as a leftist dared such anti-Marxist audacity. They want to force the traitor leaderships to go further than they want, by means of petitions! They are so despicable. Throughout the planet and throughout history, this goal was always achieved through struggles, bodies of self-organization, armed masses, general strikes imposed by the base on defeated and executed bureaucrats.
It doesn't all end here. The FIT-U Is now calling to challenge “judicially” the anti-worker law voted by the Congress supervised by the US embassy in Argentina. That is, they first tried to pretend the bourgeois Parliament has a progressive character. They failed, while the bureaucracy was betraying the general strike and disorganizing the workers' ranks. And now, the reformist left goes to the bourgeois justice to reject the “Bases Law” and even, with a written petition, wants to make release the political prisoners, after the police regime strongly repressed the masses.
Never has a reformist dared to fall so low: they call for trusting the bourgeois justice, the most arch reactionary and police institution of the Argentine bourgeois regime, hoping that it will stop the attack of imperialism. Seriously, they cannot be more miserable.
Let us imagine for a moment that the task of the Second International or the anarchist movement had been to make a global written petition for the freedom of the Chicago Martyrs... No one has gone so far in capitulating to a bourgeois regime as the FIT-U. This attitude has begun to dent in their inside: a process of enormous blow-up runs through their ranks.

In the Middle East, the “Islamophobia” of reformism has led them to be in the barricades of imperialism and even to offer condolences to Zionism and its fascist settlers in the face of the just self-defense attack of the Palestinian masses against the theft of their land. Time ago they had already declared themselves “neutral”, actively supporting the “anti-terrorist front”, or ended up hanging from USA flags alongside the Stalinist Kurdish party…

This is how this “Progressive International” is being born that seeks to “democratize” Maastricht with the scoundrels who handed over the Greek proletariat as elements of Syriza or to create international fronts with the remains of the sinister East Germany Stalinism, which had been the advance guard of capitalist restoration in '89.

They are sailing against the current. At every step they confront the masses and their radicalized vanguard.
This new party of Stalinists, renegades of Trotskyism and its “democratic” and “progressive” bourgeoisies, has only been responsible for attacking the masses, today with little deception and many betrayals. They have an enormous advantage: the crisis of leadership of the proletariat. The nonexistence of an international general staff, of a Kienthal and Zimmerwald that presented them battle throughout the planet.

The task of Trotskyism is to regroup its forces, those of revolutionary Marxism, to advance to set up a new international general staff, a Kienthal and Zimmerwald that will present battle to this new excrescence of the “Progressive International” that comes with “siren songs” before the world working class to cover up the cannon shots of counterrevolutionary wars, Bonapartism and fascism.

This International Correspondence #0 is a preview of the war that we have declared to the renegades of the Fourth International, which we will deepen in these pre-Congress months.

Rearming the revolutionary movement for the new tasks and challenges that lie ahead of us, and establishing the goal of the implacable confrontation with the traitorous leaderships, is one of the key conditions to show the world proletariat who are their allies and who are their enemies and which is the state of the battlefield, which is ultimately found filled with rubble.

The leadership crisis is worsening. Our challenge of setting up an international general staff is once again posed as a policy for action. With the gigantic shift to the right of the former Trotskyist parties, what lies ahead is their explosion, which has already begun. Now they are the “squeezed lemons” of the bourgeois regimes and governments.

Imperialism is based on the split of socialism. The program of the Fourth International maintains all its relevance. The theory-program of Stalinism, which this new “Progressive International” has made its own, will go to the garbage bin of history when the conscious revolutionary movement recovers the clean banners of the proletarian revolution and places itself at the head of the working class in the 21st century to lead it to victory.

The time of crisis, wars and revolutions seems to be more topical than ever with this imperialist counteroffensive. The premise of the Transitional Program that the development of events is defined by the crisis of leadership suffered by the proletariat, has been confirmed once and again with complete acuity at every step of both the offensive and defensive struggles of the world working class movement.

US imperialism tramples on its Latin American “backyard” with class collaboration fronts and Bonapartist attempts

Bolivian events today

When we are editing this International Correspondence #0 towards our Congress, a counterrevolutionary military coup is taking place in Bolivia.
The crisis of the MAS has split into two factions, one of Evo Morales and the other of the current president Arce, who dispute the administration of the businesses of the bourgeoisie and imperialism, and opened a gap and a political crisis at the heights.
The Bolivian regime is exhausted by these enormous crises, these disputes within the MAS. The “Milei type” or “Bolsonaro type” alternative in Bolivia had beenf already used by imperialism with the 2019 coup by Áñez and Camacho, the representatives of the Media Luna bourgeoisie, and was crushed by the worker and peasant masses.
] The defeat of this fascist attempt forced the bourgeoisie to bring the MAS back into the government in 2020, in a true class collaboration front to contain the workers and peasants who had gone on a revolutionary offensive, mourning those massacred by the Banzerist army in Senkata and Sacaba.

Beyond the conspiratorial aspects, the coup that is underway in Bolivia and its subsequent developments, contrary to what bourgeois analysts and reformist leftists say, has been organized directly by US imperialism and its chief of the SouthCom, Laura Richardson, who with this coup attempt has once again placed the military party at the center of Bolivia's political life as the ultimate guarantee of order and stability for the business of imperialism and the bourgeoisie as a whole, and for the plundering of the nation.

While the coup plotters were surrounding the government house with tanks, Arce begged them to leave. Given their refusal, Arce appointed new heads of the different Armed Forces.
The new commander General Sánchez, once designated, called his rebellious subordinates to retreat to their barracks. They obeyed their commander.
It was not President Arce, who according to the Constitution is allegedly the commander in chief of the Armed Forces, who took the insubordinates to the barracks, but General Sánchez, who gave the order that the coup plotters complied. Sánchez is the true commander in chief of the Armed Forces and of the coup plotters who abide by his discipline...

This was the achievement of the coup attempt: the Banzer military party returned as a key and independent factor to settle and intervene in the MAS disputes and in the political crisis of Bolivia and its party regime.
Passing Sánchez off as a “democratic” general is an infamy. The same was done with the 1971 coup attempt in Chile, called “Tancazo”, which happened months before the September 11 coup. Socialist presidente Allende and Fidel Castro greeted and named Pinochet, the general who was going to defend “democracy,” as Commander in Chief. The die was cast: the one in charge was who had stopped the coup plotters, that is, Pinochet was in charge, who was to be who then led the coup in September, unifying the entire caste of Armed Forces officers to crush the proletariat.
This is the manual for military coups organized by the Pentagon. In Bolivia, the military party has returned to the regime with enormous strength because it is the one that controls the “coup plotters” with one hand and with the other, it has got the chattering politicians of bourgeois “democracy” in an iron fist.

The MAS, whether with Arce or yesterday with Morales, was in charge of applying the worst plans of imperialism against the masses and guaranteeing the surrendition of the nation. Just like with the Fernandezes Peronista government in Argentina yesterday, imperialism has been using it like a “squeezed lemon”. The MAS guarantees the cooptation of the COB and the extreme state-ization of the worker and peasant organizations. When the masses overthrew Áñez and the fascist Camacho, it was the MAS, as we have already said, which saved the life of the Bolivian bourgeoisie and diverted the masses that were in a state of revolution.

But the economic crisis is developing rapidly in a Bolivia that was encircled as a major exporter of hydrocarbons, gas and minerals with which Mercosur was fed. The enormous reserves of gas and minerals in Argentina have dismantled Bolivia from the division of labor in South America as the largest energy supplier to Mercosur.
Transnational companies take abroad more than 70% of Bolivia's hydrocarbon and mining revenues. Voracious imperialism sucks its wealth through the IMF.
The time of the bourgeois governments in Bolivia for flirting with the people is over.
What is ahead for Bolivia? While it has the largest lithium reserve in the region, even greater than Argentina, Chile or Peru...

Meanwhile, the economic crisis has already erupted with devaluation and high cost of living. The masses are beginning to get restless and threaten to break with the MAS.
If it was the Banzer party that took the first step to stabilize and strengthen the Bolivian regime, it was due to the betrayal of the COB bureaucracy that has tied the fate of the proletariat to its MAS executioners.
Beyond giving some lip-service, the COB leadership did not lift a finger in the face of the coup and gave the bourgeoisie time to resolve the political crisis from above by its institutions... As if a coup could be faced with press conferences, papers, peaceful strikes, without calling on soldiers to disobey their officers and set up rank-and-file committees and organize with the COB and poor peasant organizations.
The COB had already played a sinister role before when it was “neutral” in the face of Añez's coup and signed the “pacification pact”. Traitors, a thousand times traitors. Yesterday they were with Morales, then with the fascist Media Luna. Such it is the union bureaucracy: they answer to whoever pays them.

This is the tragedy of Latin America and the world working class when they engage in offensive actions: the class collaboration fronts, such as those of Petro, Boric, Lula, the MAS of Bolivia, etc., in Latin America, divert the struggles with deception and “siren songs” so that later the “Bonapartes” come to restore order and finish defeating the rebellious masses.
Today it is Bolivia, punished and plundered a thousand times, that suffers this betrayal and is once again exposed to the danger of direct counterrevolution.

The leadership crisis, the overabundance of treacherous leaderships, is the key factor closing the masses their way to victory

Against the popular front policy and the Stalinist theory of ¨progressive¨ bourgeoisie sectors now carried on to the letter by the Trotskyites renegades, we need to combat for an independent soviet strategy of the proletariat to lead insurrectional processed carried out by the working class to victory. The struggle to impose the break between workers' organizations and the bourgeoisie is the minimum task of the moment, without which the proletariat will not be able to defend its conquests, or even itself.
As we can see, not only in Latin America, but also in Africa, Europe and the whole world, the crisis of leadership, we will never tire of insisting, is what explains the great tragedies of the masses and the disorganization of their fighting energies and enormous predisposition to combat. The treacherous leaderships undo Time and again what the masses build in their struggle.

“¡Ahora sí, guerra civil!” (Now yes, civil war!), the masses shouted against Áñez, Camacho and the rich boys of fascist bourgeoisie, and defeated them. “¡Fusil, metralla, Bolivia no se calla!” (Gun and shrapnel, Bolivia is speaking up!”) In opposition to this, the COB leaders launch papers, press conferences… How despicable.
The later the proletariat breaks the army horizontally and wins over the rank and file to organize them within the COB and rural organizations, the closer it is to being defeated. Having the working class subjugated to the MAS subjects them to the “democratic” generals controlled by the very general Richardson who commanded Zuñiga’s coup d’ etat.

Due to the economic crisis, imperialist looting, and international disputes, in Bolivia and at an international level, the bourgeois Democracy Is beginning to come to an end. The downfall of the parliamentary democracy is directly proportional to the catastrophe and deepening of the rotten capitalist system crisis. As we have mentioned in several occasions, the trends open at an international level are to Bonapartism and fascism.
These trends are refracted in Bolivia where imperialism and General Richardson have incorporated the Armed Forces’ officer caste in the regime through the coup attempt. They are true representatives of Imperialism and all its bourgeois fractions’ interests. But, above all, they represent the interests of the US imperialism that is coming for the whole lithium reserves in the region.
Zuñiga’s attempt is the advance of a brutal attack on the masses. The war cry of the executioner to the people is “Lithium for the US, with no middlemen”…Argentinian Milei is no exception. As were no exception Áñez’s or Dina Boluarte’s coup, or Bolsonaro’s putsch after Lula’s electoral triumph…

Either the proletariat solves the political crisis and the defense of democratic freedom taking the land, allied to the poor peasants, expropriating transnational companies, breaking with the IMF, by means of the proletarian revolutionary methods, or the bourgeoisie and imperialism will solve the crisis through a new massacre in Bolivia. Senkata and Sacaba are our reminder. Never again.
For the destruction of the murderous and coup-plotting officer caste of the Banzerist Armed Forces! Let’s surround the barracks! Set up committees of rank and file soldiers and non-commissioned officers who, together with the workers' and peasants' organizations, arrest and disarm all the coup-plotting officers and put their weapons at the service of the people so that the heroic COB militias of the 1952 revolution can return! Only the workers' and peasants' militias will be able to definitively crush the murderers of the people and expropriate the plunderers of the nation.

The development of these international conditions of imperialist counteroffensive and huge responses and revolutionary resistance of the exploited are opening an indefinite situation at an international level, in which the masses are definitely still in the scene.

The crisis of US imperialism and its offensive to maintain control of the planet does not stop. Contrary to the theorists of “permanent democracy”, it is enough to see the massacred Palestine to understand how the US and other imperialist powers dominate the world: with fascism, Bonapartism and wars.
The massacres in Syria, the counterrevolutionary coups in Bahrain and Egypt, Yemen invasion, the counterrevolutionary offensive in Libya and other endless examples, they have been all prepared with a policy of class collaboration by the workers leaderships, the bourgeoisies and imperialism.
Only movements that live in the clouds of a couple of parliamentary seats like the PTS of Argentina can come up with the nonsense of stating that “imperialism expands with democracy”… These people deserve to be in the trenches of Ukraine or Gaza, working in the factories-prisons of the Chinese Communist Party or living in Havana, suffering the capitalist restoration that the new Castroite bourgeoisie imposes through stick blows Perhaps they would prefer to be in Moscow, where homosexuality is punishable by law and the gathering of two or more people in a square is considered a demonstration that deserves to be repressed.

In the middle of this fierce imperialist counteroffensive, Ukraine, an oppressed nation, has been occupied by Moscow and suffered the defeat of its national liberation struggle against the Russian invasion. With a phenomenal selling out, the pro imperialist band of Kiev has sacrificed its own proletariat and exploited masses in the national war, and has subjected them to unheard of suffering conditions.
Ukraine, divided and occupied in its eastern part by Moscow, was thus tied to the IMF and to the Maastricht Europe. This is the inevitable result of an oppressed nation defeated by its oppressors. This is what the “victory” of the butcher Putin is all about in his goal of dividing Ukraine, which opens the direct path to Kyiv’s entry into the European Union.

The masses respond to a brutal imperialist counteroffensive with heroic resistance combats

On the other side of the situation there is Kenya, as yesterday Sri Lanka or the Iraqi uprising, where the masses “took over Versailles” in enormous independent actions. However, they did not seize power since they lack a revolutionary leadership to steer them. These spontaneous actions show the proletarians have not given up and display all their potential in combat, wherever they can untie their hands from the treacherous leaderships.
Against the generalized rise in prices, Kenya’s exploiters parliament was burnt. The masses sought to destroy the bourgeois power with a real semi spontaneous insurrection that still has to finish standing up. They would find their way up by arming the people and breaking the pro imperialist repressing army horizontally. Kenya’s revolutionary outbreak is against the IMF looting and control over the oppressed nation that is being drained out of its wealth to provide the whole of the imperialists.

The heroic resistance of the Palestinian masses in Gaza, despite the fencing set by the Arab bourgeoisies and Iran theocracy, has prevented one of the world’s most powerful armies from teaching victory. The combat method is the masses civil war. The invaders are confronted from under the debris. “The Palestinians seem ghosts”, declare the Zionist generals.

Meanwhile, as we have already seen, a huge students vanguard in the US has linked to the Black Panthers youth movement and started an open fight against “genocide Joe” Biden, chief of Netanyahu, calling to break with Zionist Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez, the “left lady” of the Zionist fascist forces installed in Wall Street and the occupied Palestine.

In Harlem, New York, a Gaza resistance front is opening. A Palestinian youth movement has begun to group thousands of insurgent students in the US and together they openly clash with every fraction of the Democrats and Trump. They are the base and the starting point of every proletarian strategy for the US working class movement to conquer class independence and break away from bourgeois parties. An example to follow by the UAW workers and service workers such as in Amazon that today is the working class vanguard trying to recover conquests taken away by Wall Street and the capitalist as from the 2008 crisis successive outbreaks.
Biden, who was supported by the Stalinists and the Trotskyism renegades against Trump, is over and over unmasking himself as the current most fascist murderer on the planet.
This way, the reformist left, subjected to the left wing of the Democratic Party, is on the opposite side of the US rebel and radicalized youth that tend to break with every imperialist bourgeois’ party. There lay the international working class strategic reserves for the combats to come.

The times of crisis, wars and revolutions exacerbate
Sudden changes in the world situation.

This third decade of the 21th century is showing to be as, or even more convulsive than the previous ones. As we mentioned before, the time of crisis, war and revolutions is in full development. It is the time of sudden changes in class battles, national crises and military conflagrations. Bankrupt Capitalism can only stabilize through wars and, no doubt as Trotsky would say, that's what lies ahead. Woe to anyone who believes that World War II will be the last!

There are indeed too may imperialist powers. After consecutive crisis, the world market has shrinked. The disputes for Russian raw materials and for colonizing China, after having used its enormous internal market, are straining the entire world situation.
The war on Ukraine, Taiwan warfare preparations, the concentration of US military forces and its naval fleet in the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean, preannounce enormous investments in military equipment that the US imperialism, the great armaments seller, has imposed on all nations, which will be used to destroy. The US has removed Russia from the world arms industry selling competition. The nations’ commercial balances and the new national debts are to buy weapons. War and the fictitious financial capital based on looting and parasitism are the only and true flourishing businesses.

Capitalist bankruptcy has not finished. The betrayal by the workers’ leaderships is responsible for it.
The Word Social Forum misled the masses with the so-called “Bolivarian Revolution” and “Market socialism” or “21st century Socialism”. It boosted reconciliation pacts as in South Africa and proclaimed “a more social” Maastricht, and “peoples springs” in the Middle East. What this “progressive international” has brought about was hell in the Middle East, a Maastricht that blew up due to the NATO and US imperialism’s offensive, a fenced-in great Russia hardening its blows against oppressed nations such as Ukraine, a fierce attack on the US working class and a deepening of the imperialist parasitism.
Today, a fund such as BlackRock holds in its power 75% of the fictitious values in foreign debt, insurances, derivatives, mortgages. It is a super oligarchy from the Wall Street, London city, Tokyo and Frankfurt financial oligarchies This true imperialist mafia controls 50% of the US federal reserves. This unsupported capital can only get value by strangling the oppressed peoples, looting raw material resources and through wars, should the proletarian revolution not prevent it.

This time, imperialism is set to an open offensive, we insist, with the US trying to recover the world market and with every imperialist power confronting its own proletariat and doubling the attack on their spheres of influence.

The working class must unite it's ranks and its battles internationally. The heroic resistance of the Palestinian masses in Gaza makes this task as critical to stop the imperialist counteroffensive by means of the struggle for the socialist revolution.
In each focus of revolution and counterrevolution as in Bolivia, Argentina, Kenya, Iraq, the strikes of the Iran working class, the rebel US youth entering combat, and of course the untamed Palestinian masses lays the future of, not only the working class but the whole civilization.
Our combat to recover the 4th International and its flags has become more imperative than ever. The traitor Trotskyites have dirtied them and handed them out to Stalinism and bourgeois oligarch pro imperialist gangs.

Revolutionaries have new and huge task ahead. Our forces are out there. We need to give them a revolutionary program, collaborate with the exploited that are struggling and resisting to set the organism for combatting -which are permanently destroyed by the reformists- to move forward to set a mayor international general staff to defeat reformism, opportunism and revisionism within Marxism in a decisive combat in front of the masses.

We invite all comrades, friends and allies to the organization, every worker, every youth who together with us combat daily, and every organization that claims to be revolutionary Marxist at an international level with which we fight in common, to intervene in our Congress and to organize and plan the debate.
