Fallujah, a bastion of the anti-imperialist and revolutionary masses in Iraq and the whole Maghreb and Middle East
See more |
Out with ISIS businessmen and all the bourgeois that divide the masses and get richer at the expense of the misery and blood of the exploited!
In Iraq, the allies of the Syrian resistance against Bashar the dog and the exploited Palestinian masses against the Zionist occupation are fighting
From Tunisia to Syria, from Palestine to Iraq, in the whole Middle East, one single revolution!
More than ten days passed since the Iraqi army started the "final offensive" on Fallujah. The warplanes of USA, France, England, Jordan and UAE have been intensively bombing that city. It has been also bombed by the Iraqi air force. Two units of the Iraqi army (a true extension of the US army), plus special operations squads, the anti-terrorist unit of that army and also 20.000 reserve troops, together with paramilitary mercenary guards of the Shiite Iraqi bourgeoisie linked to the Iranian one (which are the spearhead) have concentrated in besieging Fallujah and have been assaulting it with artillery fire.
But even though it exists all this concentration of forces and weaponry, they still couldn't take over the city. And this is not because of the military forces of ISIS, which in Fallujah has between 800 and 1200 soldiers. It's because they have clashed against 50.000 exploited that live in Fallujah that have stood up and resist against the invader troops. They are staging a huge resistance.
As the counterrevolutionary troops come closer to the surroundings of Fallujah, they massacre, torture and murder one thousand times more of what ISIS had to do to control the masses when they rose in that city two years ago.
Fallujah, a stronghold of the fight against the US in Iraq
Fallujah is the city that in 2004 resisted for months against the invader US army. Also in this city, in January 2014, with the method of mass insurrection, the exploited defeated the Iraqi forces of the regime of the US protectorate, which ran away seeing the uprising of the workers and the poor that took to the streets. Months later, the same thing happened in the whole Sunni triangle. ISIS arrived later, when the masses had already defeated and expelled the Iraqi-US army. It came to control and contain that uprising. That's why Fallujah is not the stronghold of ISIS, but a stronghold of the antiimperialist revolutionary struggle of the masses in Iraq and the whole Maghreb and Middle East.
Once again, ISIS as "the perfect enemy"
Iraq's government, a frontman of USA, announces an "offensive against ISIS" in Fallujah. But what the American forces and their Gurkhas want to crush in Fallujah is not ISIS but the revolutionary masses.
This is an attack on the revolutionary masses that stood up in 2011 as different links of a single chain of revolutions in the Maghreb and Middle East, from Tunisia and Egypt to Libya, Syria and Fallujah. Against them, imperialism, its agents and the different parts of the local bourgeoisie have met in Geneva conference. From there, they centralize and coordinate their attack on the masses, negociating the part belonging to each other. The Kurdish bourgeoisie has entered there too, under the direct command of USA, from Iraq with its Peshmerga and from Syria with its YPG together with the US troops in the "Syrian Defense Forces".
The genocide in Syria on the hands of Bashar the dog, the imposition of a new government of the UN in Libya, the stabilization of the dictatorship of Al Sisi in Egypt with tens of thousands of political prisoners, the massacre and invasion of Saudi Arabia and its coalition of US gurkhas to Yemen with which today are negotiating a new government with the Houthi bourgeoisie to drown the revolution of the masses, are the different parts of a counterrevolutionary attack on the whole region.
Its imposition will be a cemetery and barbarism for the masses. If the Iraqi-US army succeeds in Fallujah, there'll be a nightmare scenario for the Iraqi masses, even worse than under the jackboot of ISIS. A new government in Libya or Yemen will impose contions of misery a thousand times worse than now to the masses there. While Al Sisi gets stronger, the Egyptian masses have a worse condition. The same thing happens in Tunisia. Let alone in Syria, where every city taken by Bashar, such as Palmyra (Tadmur), is turned into a graveyard and an open air concentration camp under the jackboot of his fascist mercenary troops. The counterrevolution means massacre, misery, fascism and barbarism for the masses.
While the masses are getting killed, the bourgeoisie that has mounted over its struggle, is after business deals. Because those controlling ISIS are businessmen of the Sunnite bourgeoisie. They make their business delas and have no problem in withdrawing once the agreement is signed. An example of this was in Palmyra, Syria, last march, where ISIS walked away and left Bashar Al Assad the control of that city. When he entered there, imposed a terror which was 10 times worse than ISIS. Now, in Fallujah, it's been more than 10 days of an enormous attack and they couldn't move an inch inside the city. This is not because of ISIS, it's because the subjugated masses are the ones that keep on resisting. The counterrevolutionary forces need to crush those masses.
The counterrevolutionary offensive to crush Fallujah is speeding up in moments when the Shiite southern masses are rising against starvation and the unprecedent sufferings
While the fights in Syria continue and so it does the heroic Yemeni resistance, USA, NATO and Geneva conference must stabilize Iraq in order to settle their counterrevolutionary offensive in the entire region.
USA and their Gurkha forces in Iraq want to crush Fallujah to deal a counterrevolutionary blow on all the masses of the region. And they need it, since the Shia exploited in southern Iraq have once again risen up. Imperialism and the local bourgeoisie are once agian before the nightmare of a possible situation of unity between the Sunni and Shia masses.
In May, there has been protests of the Shia masses in southern Iraq. On Saturday 21st, just days before the offensive in Fallujah started, they had broken into the so-called "green zone" of Baghdad, an area guarded and isolated in where the government buildings, offices of ministers and members of the parliament are located, together with some of their houses, embassies and residence of diplomats. The masses took over the offices of some ministers and other government buildings. They don't accept any more to live without drinkable water, withou electricity, jobless, facing a summer in which the extreme heat makes it impossible to bear it without infrastructure. Even further, the masses won't accept it since they know that underneath their feet there is 60% of oil wealth of the third oil export country and two of the rivers that are the most important source of water in the world such as Tigris and Euphrates. The masses know and they have held the government responsible of stealing these wealth together with the US. That's why they marched to Baghdad last week. "Out with the corrupt!" is their slogan. "We want a new government!" they say. The Iraqi armed forces brutally suppressed, leaving 100 wounded and 4 killed.
Later, the Iraqi primer minister Abadi, a puppet of Obama, justified the repression claiming that it was made against those who wanted to frustrate the plans of attacking ISIS in Fallujah. He accused the masses of accomplices of ISIS, of collaborating with terrorists, as it is the perfect pretext to justify every counterrevolutionary aggression.
This is the other face of the attack on Fallujah, to use the pretext that they are confronting terrorism so that they can say that whoever is against the government, USA or its oil companies and their plans of plundering Iraq and the Middle East is "with ISIS" so they can unleash on them a hard repression and massacre.
On this matter, Moqtada Al Sadr (a bourgeois cleric, leader of a political party that stayed outside the current pact of the Iraqi government) denounced the repression and said that the way out for Iraq is a “new government…of technocrats without corruption” (as it could possible) but clarified that he never launched a call on masses to do such action when they marched towards Bagdad. He has been stating the same slogan since days, when the annoyance and first mass protests in Southern Iraq began. It is clear that this bourgeois is seeking to put himself at the head of the struggle to divert it and perhaps capitalize on them by negotiating a participation of his party’s “technocrats” in the government.
None ISIS, none the mercenary Shias of the bourgeois Moqtada Al Sadr…in the Sunni triangle and Shia south the exploited have risen up moved by hunger and imperialist plunder of the nation. They are the starved masses, either Shia or Sunni masses from Fallujah and Northeast resisting against the Iraqi government, an annex of Yankees to whom they sold out all the wealth leaving Iraqi workers and poor people plunged into misery. They are the masses confronting the imperialist oil companies to be able to find out a solution for their urgent demands, to be able to have a decent life.
They are the allies of the Syrian resistance confronting the massacre of the dog Bashar and Putin, as well as the Palestinian masses against the Zionist occupation, the Egyptian exploited against the Al Sisi dictatorship and the oppressed in the Middle East.
Obama, the oil companies, and the US army and his Iraqi extension are the terrorist! For the military defeat of every invading force in Fallujah! For the victory of the exploited masses!
Down with the protectorate government of corrupts frontmen of USA!
Expropriation without payment and under workers control of all the imperialist oil companies to be able to have all the wealth at disposition to have electricity, drinkable water, work, decent salary, infrastructure and solve all the masses’ demands!
They must fall down: the dog Bashar in Damascus, the puppet government of USA installed in Bagdad and the Zionist invader in Jerusalem!
Open the road to the worker and peasant masses that resist and fight heroically in the entire Maghreb and Middle East!
This is a fight of the whole exploited in Iraq, either Shia or Sunni. Both of them suffer the imperialist pillage and his local agents that left them without electricity, drinkable water, food, basic infrastructure, or the possibility to work. It is a need the unity, and to demo towards the capital to overthrow the regime and demolish the state as masses did in Yemen at the end of 2014 and early 2015. It is a need to set up the self determined organs with direct democracy that takes in their hands the resolution of the demands, without a government of “technocrats” under the US orbit in the same regime of the US protectorate. Yankees go home!
It is a need to break with the control of all the bourgeois political parties that in the name of the religion divide masses and seek to control them to negotiate their share in the protectorate’s government. They are all minor partners and servants of Yankees, those plunders of the Iraqi black gold.
This is the same struggle in the whole Middle East against the imperialism and his lackeys. They gathered in Geneva and nowadays carry on their plans in Iraq, Syria…If they succeed; the oppressed will have ahead a hell, the barbarism, massacre and fascism. Stop them! Workers and exploited have to concentrate our forces against them!
Our allies have already stood up in France. They have paralyzed the country with strikes, demonstrations, barricades against Hollande government and the imperialist French V Republic. In USA, the working class continues stopping Obama from sending his army to invade Middle East like in the past Bush did. It is time of a unified struggle beyond the borders!
