DECLARATION OF SOLIDARITY WITH POLITICAL PRISONERS IN CHILE
To: The Organization of Relatives and Friends of Political Prisoners and the Coordinator for the Freedom of Political Prisoners October 18:
At a distance, we send a greeting of struggle and solidarity to all of us who suffer damage and violations of our human rights. Our Association of victims of the Senkata massacre EL ALTO- La Paz in November 2019 where humble people suffered damages that destroyed their homes. In the massacre that took place in El Alto-La Paz, the police and the army of Áñez imprisoned, tortured and murdered in cold blood parents, brothers, daughters, humble people in El Alto - La Paz, in Sacaba-Cochabamba and in different places from the country. The lead bullets left consequences in several wounded, as well as in our hearts for the loss of loved ones, that is why we feel brothers with the fight that you are giving for the freedom of political prisoners and for the martyrs who fell. We are class brothers and their fight is also ours!
Pronouncing ourselves before all our Bolivian brothers and sisters at the national and international level that on May 19 of this month, we remember, after six months of the Senkata massacre that was in November 2019 and today pain and sorrow still live in our hearts, of the families of Deceased and Wounded as nothing has changed to this day, the memories continue and the pain is still latent while looking for JUSTICE for our siblings.
Since not all of us have suffered the same fate, we were in a painful state after the massacre, both psychological and also in an economic crisis that today we feel more in our families because we come from humble and poor families and many of us have to live and to find a way to survive in this COVID-19 pandemic for which, we as an association were not prepared, no one expected it, much more as our struggle was only half way and they forgot about us.
Whereas today we ratify our conviction to fight with more force for JUSTICE FOR OUR FALLEN MARTYRS, a cry that has no political color, because it is the feeling of a revolutionary people who do not remain silent and will never forgive the executioners. Both in Chile and in Bolivia the governments and state authorities turn a deaf ear and do not deserve any trust, we can only trust in our forces that will not give up.
Our voice of solidarity and struggle goes beyond the mountains of the cordillera to tell you that you are not alone, that we support you and that as brothers and sisters, we can unify our cry for FREEDOM TO ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS AND JUSTICE FOR OUR MARTYRS AND INJURED BOTH IN CHILE AND BOLIVIA.
We call on all unions, workers, student and human rights organizations around the world to deepen this fight.
Glory to our fallen martyrs in Chile and Bolivia!
Nobody will shut us up! Neither forget nor forgiveness or reconciliation! FREEDOM AND JUSTICE!
