Argentinean Embassy in Madrid
The signatory organizations reiterate own request from 10-21-2016 and 12-12-2016 for the immediate acquittal of the oil workers of Las Heras (Santa Cruz), who were sentenced for life and for 5 years for claiming for their rights, against tax on wages and outsourced labour.
The workers convicted for life are Humberto Gonzalez, Jose Enrique Rosales, Ramón Cortes and Franco Padilla; and the workers convicted for 5 years are Omar Mansilla, Pablo Mansilla, Enrique Aguilar, Daniel Aguilar, Ruben Bach and Dario Catrihuala.
They have been unfairly convicted for the Argentinean government and justice at the service of oil companies like Repsol. They have suffered imprisonment and torture, which were clearly proven during the trial on December 12th 2013 that convicted them 4 years ago.
We demand their immediate acquittal, as well as the acquittal of the teachers and teamster of Tierra del Fuego, convicted for fighting there.
We also demand the non-extradition and the immediate freedom of Jones Huala in Argetina, as well as all the Mapuche political prisoners in Chile.
We also fight for the trial and punishment of the political and material people responsible for the murder of Santiago Maldonado and Rafael Nahuel.
We point at the Argentinean state as responsible for the death of those fighters. We also fight for the trial and punishment against all the people responsible of the murders of Dario Santillan, Maximiliano Kosteki, Mariano Ferreyra and all the martyrs of the working class.
Finally we demand the drop of all charges against over 7,000 fighters prosecuted in Argentina. |
