The old Stalinist bureaucracy of the 70s, turned into a new bourgeoisie, lackey of imperialism, pays tribute to the representative of Wall Street
Obama visits Vietnam to check his business deals in Indochina Peninsula
As yesterday, today more than ever, Yankee go home!
Let the Vietnamese revolution to return!
Out with the Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie!
Last May 22nd Obama arrived at Vietnam. The boss of US imperialism was in Vietnamese land where he was received with honors by the "Communist Party" bourgeoisie, the manager of the TNC's sweat shops where the Vietnamese workers are enslaved and over-exploited just as or even worse than in China, India or Bangladesh.
In 1975, US imperialism was swept away and defeated in Vietnam by a heroic mass resistance that unified the north and the south of that country and ended up in a revolutionary offensive that expropriated the bourgeoisie. It was a great Vietnamese revolution that couldn't have succeeded if it weren't for the decisive support of the US working class that rose inside USA refusing to go to kill the subjugated in Vietnam.
Today, the Americans return to Vietnam by the hand of Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie that in 1989 and before has sold out the gains of the revolution to allow a huge mass entering of the Trans National Companies. Those are enslaving millions of workers of the entire Indochina Peninsula (and Vietnam in particular), as in China.
The hug given by Ho Chi Mihnist bosses to Obama is the same one given by Castro Brothers when the boss of US imperialism visited Cuba, La Habana, where the US flag waves.
The Vietnamese and Cuban revolution had a huge active solidarity by the whole world working class in the 60s and the 70s. Those were the banners of the revolutionary struggle taken by millions of workers and youth across the world. Stalinism never wanted for these revolution to reach that far. Once it took the revolutionary pressure of the mass off of it, it was the biggest conspirator against the victory of the socialist revolutions in those countries. As Trotsky said on a precise prospect for the USSR: Either the working class of the workers states defeated the Stalinist bureaucracy (a social excrescency with privileges and tied to world imperialism) or the bureaucracy would become a new bourgeoisie and sell out the gains of the workers state to the world capitalist system. This is what happened in 1989 (and even before) after the smashing of the political revolution processes in the former workers states by Stalinism and its big betrayals to the revolutions in the west.
In Vietnam, Stalinism and the Communist Parties faced a revolutionary victory of the masses, which took place in spite and against them. In the post war period, the counterrevolutionary policy of Stalinism was expressed in the so-called "peaceful coexistence" with the "democratic imperialism", which meant that Stalinism had to guarantee that the socialist revolution would not succeed in any country in the world and in Europe it couldn't surpass the borders of Berlin's Wall.
The Vietnamese revolution, as it had happened before with the Chinese revolution, broke that infamous counterrevolutionary pact of Yalta and Postdam between Stalinism, USA and England.
The Vietnamese victory was a huge victory of the workers and peasants in the antiimperialist struggle of the world working class, and the US working class in particular. It was in spite and against Ho Chi Mihn's Communist Party, as in China the victory of the revolution was in spite and against Mao, or in Cuba it was in spite and against Castro brothers. All of them reached Saigon, Beijing and La Habana to try to impose governments of class collaboration with almost unexisting bourgeoisies, because the masses, under conditions of umprecedent sufferings, were marching to a direct expropriation of the bosses.
The pact of Yalta and Postdam also meant that Stalinism controlled the masses where they have taken over power.
Vietnam was the only victory of the socialist revolution of the 1968/1974 revolutionary uprising that Stalinism couldn't wipe out. It has openly betrayed the French May, deflecting the revolutionary masses to the electoral fraud of De Gaulle. It disorganized from within the workers and soldiers committees of the Portuguese revolution. It sold out the Chilean revolution and all the revolutionary processes of the Southern Cone of Latin America. It took more than 90% of the revolutions that shook the world in that period to failure and defeat, and before it had saved the destroyed imperialist Europe at the end of World War Two.
Vietnam broke that fence imposed by Stalinism. The masses of the world, after years of fighting, applauded when the last US marine ran away from Saigon, hanged from the last step of the stairs of a US navy chopper.
Obama went to Vietnam to reinforce the Trans Pacific Free Trade Agreement
Obama went to check out his business deals in Vietnam, which is already part of the chain of sweat-shop countries of the Pacific, where USA has its biggest investments and military weaponry.
From those 12 countries that are part of the TPP treaty, USA besieges and increases its offensive of plundering and exploitation of the Chinese working class, which shares with the rest of the imperialist pirates.
Obama's trip to Vietnam was to impose new colonial deals. Among these deals is the one he announced with the lie of "releasing the military embargo". Obama announced that USA was ending that embargo that kept over Vietnam for 50 years, and from now on that country can only buy weaponry to US imperialism, which is a complete military subordination of Vietnam with USA, which wants to amplify its market of weapons sales in the entire Indochina Peninsula. This is without any doubt the first step that will take to the opening of a US military base in Vietnam. This is what is being prepared.
Today, Vietnam is part of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) which is under the command of USA and then Japan. That is to say, today it has been proved that the Vietnamese nation is tied to a true Free Trade Agreement with US imperialism, for which there are no custom barriers for Wall Street pirates to make huge business deals, deepening its plundering on Vietnam and with it the misery and slavery of the working class and the masses.
This is not a small thing. In the Pacific Ocean 40% of the world production is being traded. And that region is swarming with US military bases. Further, when Obama imposed the TPP, he pointed out that "USA is a country of the Pacific", that left half a million dead there in the Second World War. This was a clear warning on the rest of the imperialist powers to state clear who is the owner of that region of the planet. It was even a warning to China.
The Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie is today commanding a semi-colony, associated directly to US imperialism, such as Chile, Mexico, Peru... The world working class suffers today the result of the treacherous counterrevolutionary policy of the Stalinist scum that has been the great obstacle for the victory of the socialist revolution in the entire planet. And today we are also seeing a huge stab in the back to the US working class in particular, because it was thanks to it that the Vietnamese masses won and the ones stopping an American military invasion to Cuba.
Who gave USA the power over Vietnam, when every marine had to ran away from there as a rat? Today it is a land full of sweat shops, FTA and military agreements that enchained it twice or three times to imperialism. As we have said, all of these were guaranteed by the bourgeoisie of the Vietnamese Communist Party that emerged from the guts of the old Ho Chi Mihn's bureaucracy, which became a new ruling class selling out the worker state to imperialism with the capitalist restoration. The working class and the subjugated masses of Vietnam are today enslaved by those true "red businessmen" of the CP, on behalf of imperialism.
The former Ho Chi Mihnist bureaucracy relied on the bureaucracy of Moscow, the Kremlin, to contain the revolutionary masses that imposed the revolution in the mid 70s.
In 1975, the Chinese bureaucracy signed with Deng Xiao Ping the pacts with Nixon, selling out the Chinese South East to US imperialism so that it could install its Trans National Companies and sweat shops in joint ventures associations with the children of the bureaucracy. This was the starting point for an open capitalist restoration in China.
The pact between Nixon and Deng Xiao Ping had a central point which was hidden and was later expressed as a tragedy for the working class of the entire region. It was that in a dispute over the borders. China and Vietnam staged a fratricide war between both workers states in 1979 and it was a strategic defeat for the masses of both countries and the entire region.
The path to the capitalist restoration was opened in China, Vietnam and later, as it was seen in 1989, in the USSR itself...
So the victory against the US invasion, which cost 3 million Vietnamese workers and peasants’ dead, in the hands of the former Ho Chi Mihnist bureaucracy was then turned against the heroic masses of Vietnam. An example of this is the cynicism of the current pact of the Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie with Obama, who "committed" to fund the cleaning of the air force military base oin Bien Hoa, one of the areas which was most contaminated by the "Orange Agent" USA spread in the 70s, causing total devastation in the crops and the lands from where the masses got their supplies, besides thousands and thousands of dead.
The renegades of the Fourth International which yesterday were riding the coat tails of Stalinism, today they keep on supporting it, even after it became into new bourgeoisie
While all of these happen, the renegades of Trotskyism keep a monstrous silence. They cover up for those who yesterday sold out the revolution, became a new bourgeoisie and today they embrace themselves to their imperialist masters with new business deals over the misery of the masses.
1989 found the renegades of Trotskyism riding the coat tails of the bankrupt Stalinism, in political fronts with the Communist Parties such as the "People's Front" in Argentina and supporting -from all the neo-trotskyist groups- Gorbachev's Perestroika and Glasnost when he was doing the capitalist restoration.
Even before, these currents have been in the opposite barricade to thousands of fights staged by the masses of the former workers states since world war two to get rid off the Stalinist bureaucracy scum, as it happened in 1953 with the metalworkers of eastern Germany, with the struggle of Donbass miners in 1965/1967 and with the heroic political revolution in Poland 1980/1982. The renegades of Trotskyism in 1953 called to enter inside the Communist Parties, when they were killing 10.000 workers that rose fighting for workers democracy in Hungary in 1956.
These huge struggles found the renegades of Trotskyism (in the east and the west) riding the coat tails of Stalinism. In 1989, when it was selling out the workers states to imperialism, they blamed this defeat to the masses. And today, when the US imperialist master travels around his colonies, they turn a blind eye.
In 1989, they went together with Stalinism, "Lazarus", to its grave. And from there on, they dedicated themselves to resurrect him, to credit him again, usurping the name of the Fourth International and its clean banners. They went together with them to the bandit cave of the World Social Forum. They "washed their dirty cloth" when they supported, on the left side, the "Bolivarian Revolution" facade in Latin America. They went around looking for "proggressive Stalinist bureaucrats" such as Castro brothers, that openly restored capitalism in Cuba.
In Europe, they supported all the Stalinist trade union bureaucracies, such as CCOO in the Spanish State, the French CGT traitors, the counterrevolutionary forces of Stalinism that controls the inter trade union front PAME in Greece. And today they are together with Putin and Al Assad, which they intend to show as "progressive" and "antiimperialist".
These forces of the renegades of Trotskyism can't and will never be able to speak of the Vietnamese revolution or their heroes. They were Ho Chi Mihnist yesterday and for that reason today they want to hide under the rug the new "red" Vietnamese bourgeoisie, new lackey of USA, as the Saigon Southern Vietnamese bourgeoisie was in the Vietnamese civil war of the 70s.
The Trotskyists assert that the crisis of revolutionary leadership is what has guaranteed and still guarantees the overlife of Stalinism.
Against the lackey Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie... for the refoundation of the revolutionary party of Trotsky and Ta Thu Thao under the banners of the Fourth International!
Stalinism brutally attacked the revolutionary forces of Trotskyism and the Fourth International in the former USRR and Vietnam. In there, since the 40s, they massacred the Trotskyists and their leader Ta Thu Thao that was in the lead of the huge anti-colonial fight and the great general strikes of the Vietnamese working class against French imperialism in its withdrawal and with the return of US imperialism since 1945.
Ta Thu Thao was recruited for the Fourth International in France, where he and his comrades were studying and he was later deported to Vietnam in 1930, after heading a fight against repression and the death sentence of 50 students in Vietnam.
Vietnamese Trotskyism led huge struggle processes in 1936, co-leading the big industrial general strikes in Saigon and in particular the railway strike in 1937.
Ta Thu Thao was arrested and killed by the forces of VietMinh in 1945. He declared "I'm a revolutionary, and revolutionary I will remain as long as there is blood running through my veins". There is and will be too much blood in the veins of the Vietnamese and world working class to make justice. The more conscious forces of the working class in Vietnam are the ones that will lead, under the banners of the Fourth International, the defeat of the new lackeys of imperialism, the Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie.
Yankee Go Home! Get out of Vietnam and the Pacific!
Down with the Ho Chi Mihnist bourgeoisie!
For the restoration of the dictatorship of the proletariat under revolutionary ways in Vietnam and the former workers states!
Refound the revolutionary party of Trotsky and Ta Thu Thao! Under the banners of the Fourth International!
