Jorge Mayta, president and representative of the "Association of Victims, Deceased - Wounded - Deprived of Liberty of the Senkata Massacre" greets the International Day of Remembrance for the Martyrs of Syria and Palestine
"I hope to meet with you very soon and be able to do something together to be able to say to the world, 'Enough with massacres!'"
"From afar, a warm hug to all the siblings of Palestine and Syria wherever you are."
Good afternoon, siblings of Syria and Palestine. I send you warm greetings from South America, from the heart of South America—Bolivia. This is Jorge Mayta Cachaga, president of the Association of Victims of the 2019 massacre in Senkata, a violation of our human rights.
I share the pain you are experiencing; it is what we have experienced. No one can violate the rights of another person.
I send you this warm greeting to get closer to you, to at least offer a word to you: "Stay strong, don't give up, have faith.”
I want to thank my friend Milton for bringing me closer to you. I hope to meet you very soon and be able to do something together to be able to tell the world “Enough massacres, enough with the violation of our rights. Enough!"
I have nothing else to add, we are about to mark six years since a massacre, a violation of human rights. From afar, a warm embrace to all our siblings in Palestine and Syria. |
