“As is shouted in the streets of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and all of Brazil: “Stop the massacre! The PM (Military Police) kills in the favelas, while Israel kills in Palestine!” “Out with Claudio Castro, murderer and terrorist!”

To those present at the day of tribute to our comrade Abu Al Baraa:

We send a warm embrace to all comrades in Syria and the Middle East in this tribute to our Trotskyist leader Abu Al Baraa, who fell under the bullets of the fascist al-Assad and the butcher Putin that were under the command of imperialism.
The struggle embodied in our comrade Abu Al Baraa lives on today in the fighting in Gaza and the working class combats throughout the world against Zionism and imperialism, which massacre the martyred Palestinian masses as they did yesterday against the Syrian masses and their glorious revolution.

At that time, our comrades in Syria warned the workers of the world that if we did not stop the massacre perpetrated by the fascist Assad, Syria would come knocking at our door and serve as a warning to the entire working class worldwide, and that the fate of Syria would then turn to Palestine. The consequences of the betrayal and surrender of the Syrian revolution by Stalinism, the Trotskyist renegades, and all the treacherous leaderships are being paid for today by the Palestinian masses and the masses of the entire world.

Here in Brazil, it's no different. As we saw in recent days, the fascist governor Claudio Castro imposed a brutal massacre in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, claiming the lives of more than 150 exploited, whom he beheaded, dismembered, mutilated, and shot at point-blank range, leaving their bodies scattered throughout the streets of the Rio favelas. Meanwhile, Lula, who claims to be "horrified by the outcome of the police operation," has just come from embracing Trump in Malaysia and is preparing to hand over all of Brazil's natural resources and bind the exploited of Brazil to US imperialists with triple chains. It's clear that both Castro and Lula are under the command of the same master: Trump.

Today, as US imperialism, with Trump at its head, comes out fiercely attacking its own working class in the US and advancing into its Latin American “backyard,” the lessons of the struggle between revolution and counter-revolution in the Middle East, and in Syria in particular, have become fundamental.
As is shouted in the streets of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and all of Brazil: “The truth is harsh; this police force is a legacy of the dictatorship,” and “Stop the massacre! The PM (Military Police) kills in the favelas, while Israel kills in Palestine,” “Out with Claudio Castro, murderer and terrorist!”

The blood shed by the martyrs of the Syrian revolution, the blood shed by Abu al-Baraa and the Trotskyists of Syria and the Middle East will not be in vain. This same blood is being shed today in Gaza and in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro. So manybetrayalswillnotgounpunished.
