Peru - December 8, 2022

Neither Castillo, nor Boluarte , nor the puppets of the parties that serve the US of this democracy for the rich, nor the Fujimorist politicians, nor the corrupt congress, nor the military that  sells Peru's homeland!

All corrupt and agents of imperialism
They do not represent us! Everybody out!

Down with the Fujimorist regime of murderers politicians and military bosses, servants of the IMF and the US!
Down with the treacherous bureaucracy! Let the CGTP break with the bourgeoisie!
Open the road to the worker and peasant alliance!

The working class has to provide an independent way out of this crisis from above:

FOR A NATIONAL CONGRESS OF WORKERS
AND POOR PEASANTS
!

All power to the CGTP and the organizations of struggle: For a workers' and peasants' revolutionary government based on the generalized arming of the masses!
To conquer bread, work and land
Expropriation of the expropriators! Out with the IMF!

“The liberation of the workers will be the work
of the workers themselves”

Yesterday, the National Congress (with majority of Fujimorism parties) installed Dina Boluarte, who was the Vice President of the country, as president of the country. This swearing took place in the presence of the high command of the Armed Forces, since this constitutional change has the authorization of US imperialism through the OAS, thus its Secretary General Luis Almagro mentioned: ''For the good of Peru, we must all support democracy''. All this replacement is under the Constitution of the hated Fujimorist regime and within the framework of democracy for the rich.

This decision came hours after Pedro Castillo's announcement, in a national broadcasting, that he was temporarily dissolving Congress and calling for a state of siege. This decision was made while the parliament was deliberating the vote in favor or against his vacancy after allegations of corruption by the prosecutor's office against him. It is then that the high command of the Armed Forces and the police, which are under the control of the Pentagon, denied Castillo. While his Cabinet of Ministers resigned one by one, Parliament dismissed him with 101 votes in favor of the vacancy (out of 130 congressmen) and later installed Dina Boluarte as the new president.

This way, the bourgeoisie and imperialism used and squeezed Castillo to the last drop and today, after his services, they put him in prison. This is how he ended after the bourgeoisie brought Castillo at the end of 2020, when they most needed him, since the Fujimorist regime was destroyed by the revolutionary actions of the masses. This happened after years of political crisis, three presidents (Kuczynski, Vizcarra and Merino) fell at the hands of the workers and peasants. It is then that Castillo arrived to save the businesses of the bourgeoisie as a whole, get the masses off the streets, disorganize their ranks, divide them and break the worker and peasant alliance of deep Peru. That and no other, is the role of the class collaboration governments that the left called to vote and told the exploited that it was a "progressive" government. Now, with whip in hand, imperialism disciplines Castillo and puts a new manager for their businesses while preparing the conditions for the Fujimorist parties to raise their heads, to put them in when imperialism needs them.
This is the end that imperialism gives to its servants like Castillo, who today is on his knees before justice. It is imperialism that comes to its backyard for everything to advance looting and super exploitation, and for that it comes to discipline the slavish governments, looking for its best agent for each country. Thus, these class collaboration governments that call themselves "progressive" prove to be just a detour to get the masses out of the streets, out of the revolutionary combat, disorganize the workers ranks and save the businesses of the bourgeoisie and imperialism, thus preparing the conditions for the “reactionary” parties, fascism and counterrevolution to rise up throughout Latin America.

Pedro Castillo was supported by the Stalinist bureaucracy of the CGTP, the labor organizations and the entire former Trotskyist left , who called Castillo to vote with the excuse of "confronting Fujimorism" deceived the exploited by passing Castillo off as “friend” of the workers who had to be demanded to “fulfill” his government promises. This was only a vile scam against the workers and peasants, since Castillo was a defender of this rotten Fujimorist regime, who strictly applied the plans of imperialism. He guaranteed all their businesses, the payment of the fraudulent external debt to the IMF, he guaranteed the transnationals the looting of minerals and land and to do so he brought US military troops to train the armed forces and the police to repress the hungry and impoverished masses that came out to fight against the galloping inflation that eats up the meager workers' wages.

This corrupt and pro-US government earned the fair hatred of the masses that at every moment waged battle against the IMF plans. The workers fought in great waves of strikes in Lima and in the regions. The ceramic workers of Celima fought in an indefinite strike in November, in the regions the mining companies were paralyzed when the inhabitants came out against the contamination of the land, the miners came out against the transnationals, the health workers came out at the national level and thus the working class came out for his own, for his demands, against that pro-US government that lined its pockets while the working class suffered the unprecedented suffering of the economic crisis. While the treacherous, Stalinist bureaucracy of Patria Roja and the CP in the direction of the CGTP, came out to support Castillo and with a demanding policy.
The last word has not been said, because Boluarte has to create a cabinet of ministers agreeing with Fujimorism. But the crisis is still going on, and sectors of workers take to the streets shouting "Everybody out."

Enough of the treacherous bureaucracy of the CGTP! Castillo did not touch any of the businesses to imperialism. On the contrary, he only gave misery to the workers and the poor people. It is time for the working class to put order to the crisis of those above. THE CGTP SHOULD BREAK WITH THE POLITICIANS BOSSES. The alliance with Castillo gave the workers nothing. While the rural and urban middle classes are ruined by imperialist looting and the super profits of Bankers and capitalists
From grassroots assemblies, from the mines, from the factories and unions let us call a Workers' and Peasants' Congress, with 1 out of 100 base delegates, to expel the collaborationist bureaucracy of the CGTP and recover our fighting organizations from the treacherous leaders, break with the starving bourgeoisie and impose a Revolutionary General Strike and fight for an Emergency Worker Plan to stop the crisis of those above! Open the road to the worker and peasant alliance!

Faced with the attack on the cost of living and a decent wage, health and quality education, there is plenty of money, but imperialism steals it. CONFIEP and the transnationals must be expropriated without payment and under workers' control! Mine or factory that closes, suspends or lays off let it pass immediately into the hands of the workers, expropriating them without pay and under workers' control! No to the payment of the fraudulent foreign debt to the IMF! To wipe out the entire Fujimorist regime, the CGTP has to break all ties with the bourgeoisie. We have to resume the path of 2020 by putting the worker and peasant alliance on its feet, together with the self-defense committees to face the repression of the police and the armed forces trained by the US military bases.
All power to the CGTP! For a Provisional Workers' and Peasants' Government of the CGTP supported by self-organization and the arming of the masses! That government can only be imposed through a triumphant insurrection that destroys the bourgeois state, the Fujimorist regime and its fundamental pillar, the Armed Forces, setting up the committees of common soldiers. Only then we will be able to expel imperialism, the IMF and its military bases from Peru and the whole Latin America. Only with that government will we be able to conquer our demands, like bread and land for the poor peasant.
