for May Day

Comrades of the FLTI-CI getting together for the May Day International Meeting! On behalf of workers and students fighting in Japan, we are sending you our warmest message of solidarity.

The Yankee imperialist ruler Trump and the Zionist ruler Netanyahu have fired tens of thousands of missiles all over Iran, killing leaders of the state and people including children. Butcher Netanyahu is continuing the genocide against the Palestinian people. We strongly condemn the atrocities perpetrated by those two homicidal regimes!

Trump is frantic to exterminate Iran, attacking this Muslim nation that has been rebelling against US dominance over the Middle East. This is truly an act of barbarity committed by the declining militarist empire! Against this, Iranian people are continuing their all-out resistance. Workers and people around the world, crush Trump's monumental crime of the century!

We will by all means prevent the sending of the Japanese military to the Middle East, Japan's entry into the war, which is schemed by the far-right Takaichi government.

Today in Japan — though the government and media are ignoring it — voices of ‘No to war’, ‘No to constitutional revision’ and ‘Bring down Takaichi’ are rising nationwide. Tens of thousands of demonstrators are repeatedly surrounding the Parliament Building. We the JRCL are fighting at the forefront, together with students of Zengakuren (All-Japan Federation of Students’ Self-Governing Associations) and militant workers. 

The brutal aggression against Ukraine by the Putin-led Russian empire shall be crushed! Never ever leave Ukrainians isolated! 

Comrades! In the world today, nuclear-armed tyrants like Trump and Putin are rampant and committing terrible atrocities to eradicate the nations they regard as rebellious to them. The crisis of the outbreak of a Third World War, a thermonuclear war, is imminent. Those in power in each country are oppressing their people under authoritarian rule and plunging them into the depths of hardships. Let us overthrow this dark 21st-century world shrouded in war, oppression, and poverty! The power to do that lies in the international unity of the oppressed working class and people beyond borders.
