In today’s demonstration and on their day, working and peasant mothers with their organizations and self-summoned, such as workers of different districts of El Alto, marched through the streets of La Paz, 'Out with Rodrigo Paz and this starvation-causing, murderous government!' ,supported by the State repressive forces and imperialism with its “Shield of the Americas” with the lackey governments As claimed by a Bolivian mother marching with her peasant’s organization: “No more dialogue! Now we want the resignation of the president Rodrigo Paz”, “We will only accept his resignation, because he is not capable of handling the country”“He borrows planes from Argentina, and talking about Argentina, Milei: don´t meddle where you shouldn’t!”
Today´s was a massive mobilization of mothers from the countryside and the city in La Paz, of those on the front line of struggle for the resignation of Paz, servant of the Media Luna oligarchy, the US imperialism and the IMF. Women and working mothers and poor peasant women show the working class the way: We need to kick out imperialism, nationalize mines and hydrocarbons, and expropriate the land appropriated by the Santa Cruz oligarchy and the fascist Media Luna! For that… we must set up self-defense committees and dissolve the murderous police and the Banzerist officers’ caste who are there to protect the property of all the capitalists. As the peasant mothers claimed, with the possibility of the government declaring state of siege, they will go to the barracks to get their sons back so they are not used by the government to kill their siblings and families. The women of pollera mark the way… We must go to the barracks and call the rank and file soldiers to arrest all the fascist and Banzerist officers who order the killing of the people and to cross over to the side of the insurgent people… Let the rank-and-file soldiers build their own committees and elect their delegates to unite with the sectors in struggle, on the path to conquering worker and peasant militias as in the 1952 revolution. The government called the COB and social organizations to “dialogue and negotiation table”. LET NOBODY SURRENDER THE STRUGGLE OF THE EXPLOITED AT NEGOTIATION TABLES!
It is urgent to unify the base assemblies, the blockade committees, unions and peasants organizations fighting the government to force its resignation, into a National Coordination of Struggle to shut everything down—mines, factories, and schools... and thus guarantee an effective REVOLUTIONARY GENERAL STRIKE to bring down Rodrigo Paz, the Media Luna (oligarchy), and the US imperialism! Out with the IMF!"
