The revolutionary uprising of workers and peasants resists the repression of the murderous police and the Armed Forces, while police stations are burned and blockades are strengthened nationwide…

From every assembly, from the blockade points, from the unions in struggle and peasant organizations, delegates with a mandate must be sent to establish a:

NATIONAL COORDINATING COMMITTEE OF THE COB, OF WORKERS, POOR PEASANTS, AND ALL SECTORS IN STRUGGLE!

Only this Committee of the rank and file can define the course of the struggle!

Let no one even think of betraying the rank and file workers and peasants in rebellion! THE PEOPLE WANT THE RESIGNATION OF PAZ! The blood of the martyrs will not be negotiated!

Twenty-four days into the strike called by the rank and file of the COB (Bolivian Workers' Union), the workers, poor peasants, and all the exploited, tired of the empty promises of the murderous, pro-US government of Paz/Lara, have realized that none of their demands will be met unless this government is overthrown. They know that the colonization plan for Bolivia by US imperialism and the IMF is clear: privatizations, taxes on the impoverished middle class, elimination of subsidies, inflation, the seizure of land from poor peasants, and fraudulent debt with the IMF.

However, throughout all these days, the leadership of the COB and the FSTMB (Federation of Bolivian Mine Workers) has not implemented the "mobilized strike" they themselves called for, as they have not halted production in either state or private mines or factories…

Let everything stop!
Let the COB be in the hands of those who fight, by electing a revolutionary leadership! It must call for an effective strike that becomes a true REVOLUTIONARY GENERAL STRIKE until we overthrow Rodrigo Paz, the Media Luna, and expel US imperialism! Out with the IMF!
Let the mines of Huanuni and Colquiri, the private mines, and all factories halt production!

By hitting the capitalists where it hurts most—their wallets—we're showing who truly owns and produces the nation's wealth: the workers and peasants, who are the majority, not the parasites of the Media Luna region, the business owners, and the transnational corporations, who are a tiny minority of the population, enriched at the expense of millions of workers.
This murderous government is hanging by a thread and is only sustained by the police and the Armed Forces, which are directed by the US Southern Command.
And these shameless people claim that the rebellious people "don't respect democracy" and  are "vandals in the streets." Those who speak of defending "democracy" are the same coup plotters who soaked the streets of Senkata and Sacaba in 2019 in the blood of workers and peasants! They are the ones who rely on the murderous army officers responsible for every coup in the country. They are the fascists of Camacho and his Santa Cruz youth who beat women in polleras and burn Wiphala flags; they are the ones who obey the mandates of US imperialism, which, together with Zionism, massacres in Palestine and throughout the Middle East.

Thus, the murderous government went out with “white flags” and its “humanitarian corridor” to try to crush the roadblocks set up by the peasants and the exploited, leaving behind prisoners, wounded, and a peasant, Victor Cruz, murdered. This only fueled more anger and further intensified the revolutionary struggle of the exploited, who seized and burned police stations.
It has already been announced that if the struggle does not end, they will declare a “state of emergency,” and at this moment, the Parliament is debating whether to give Paz carte blanche to decree it, allowing the police and military to murder with impunity using weapons of war. THEY WANT TO FILL THE STREETS WITH BLOOD AGAIN!

We must go to the barracks and call on the rank and file to arrest any officer who orders the killing of the people, and also to send delegates to the workers' and peasants' congress!

Disband the police, the Banzerist officer caste, and all repressive state forces! Freedom for all political prisoners for fighting!
Workers' and peasants' self-defense committees against police repression to crush the fascist gangs that are regrouping and taking to the streets, burning Wiphala flags and beating poor peasants! Fascism is not debated; it is fought and crushed!

To carry on their struggle, the working-class and peasant rank and file have ousted every sellout leader who negotiated with the government behind the backs of the rank and file:
Out with the traitors and sellouts from the mass organizations! Enough of leaders who prop up the Paz government! The spilled blood will not be negotiated!
Let no one come to expropriate the struggle of the poor people:
FOR A NATIONAL CONGRESS: 1 DELEGATE FOR EVERY 100 MINERS, FACTORY WORKERS, POOR PEASANTS, TEACHERS, COMBATIVE STUDENTS, FEJUVE (Federation of Neighborhood Councils), AND ALL SECTORS IN STRUGGLE!
- That Congress would represent the power of the vast majority of the country!

Unlike those parliamentarians who represent a handful of businessmen and oligarchs, enemies of the people. As a congress where no capitalist who exploits workers and no bourgeois political party has a place, it would be a parliament recognized by the millions of exploited. And let it call upon the rank and file soldiers to form their own committees, disarming the Banzerista officer caste, and to send their delegates to this Congress.
- Thus, this Congress would call for the establishment of the power of the people from below, which is a provisional workers' and peasants' government, the only one capable of carrying the struggle to its conclusion to break with imperialism and achieve a genuine agrarian reform. Thus, the fight would be waged for the nationalization of mining and hydrocarbons; the expropriation of the land in the Media Luna region to give it to the poor peasants; the nationalization of the banks to forgive peasant debts and provide them with cheap credit; and the cancellation of all fraudulent debts owed to imperialist banks, in order to free up funds for education, healthcare, employment, and retirement.

The mass uprising in Bolivia is the vanguard of the struggle against the IMF, the US imperialism, and their "Shield of the Americas"!
For a Continental Congress of workers' and peasants' organizations to fight against imperialism and its puppet governments and regimes!
We must send delegations of workers' and peasants' organizations to Bolivia to coordinate a single struggle alongside our best allies, such as the workers of the USA who are fighting against Trump.

Forward to the workers' and peasants' alliance across the continent against the "Shield of the Americas"! Bolivia and Latin America are not for sale!
Out with the IMF, US imperialism, and their military bases from Latin America!
Bolivia will be Socialist or a colony of Wall Street!
