WE MUST CRUSH THE GRINGO GOVERNMENT, ITS FASCIST GANGS, AND THE MURDEROUS GENERALS!

Rifles, machine guns, Bolivia will not be silenced!

Disband the police, the Banzerist officer caste, and all repressive state forces! For rank-and-file committees who will take up arms and join the revolutionary workers and peasants!

The Senate passed the bill regulating states of emergency presented by Rodrigo Paz, and it has already been sent to the Chamber of Deputies. Just as they did on May 23rd with the murder of Víctor Cruz Quispe, the government, under the pretext of opening a “humanitarian cordon,” is using the state of emergency to legitimize and grant impunity to the Banzer-era police and armed forces to carry out massacres. All this under the supervision of the new Minister of Defense, Ernesto Justiniano Urenda, all under the command of the “Shield of the Americas” and the US Southern Command, under the guise of a supposed “humanitarian action.” The genocidal perpetrators against the Palestinian people and the murderers of Senkata and Sacaba in 2019 are talking about “humanitarian action”! We cannot allow this!

The workers and peasants in struggle cannot remain unarmed and at the mercy of the repression and massacre perpetrated by imperialism and the government for one more day!

As the mothers, peasants’ and poor people’s women declared on May 27th, faced with the threat of the government imposing a state of emergency, they would go to the barracks to retrieve their sons so they wouldn't be used by the government to kill their brothers, fathers, and families. The women in traditional pollera skirts are leading the way… they want to prevent Bolivia from being drenched once again in the blood of workers and peasants.

Before it's too late and blood is spilled as it was in Senkata/Sacaba in 2019, we must go to the barracks and call on the rank and file soldiers to arrest all the fascist and Banzerist officers who would order the killing of the people, and to establish their committees and send their delegates to a National Coordinating Committee for Struggle! The miners must make dynamite available to confront the murderous government that seeks to give carte blanche to the police and the Banzerist officer caste to kill… Open the road for the workers' and peasants' militia like that of the COB in 1952 with its committees of rank and file!

Freedom and immediate and unconditional dismissal of charges for all those exploited for fighting!
Stop repressing the struggle of workers and peasants!
The blood spilled will not be negotiated! Workers' and people's courts to judge and punish the murderers and repressors of the people!

Let no one leave the blockades isolated and at the mercy of government repression and its damned murderous police… FOR A NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC WORKERS' AND PEASANTS' CONGRESS WITH REPRESENTATIVE DELEGATES FROM EACH BLOCKADE, UNION, AND PEASANT CENTRAL ORGANIZATION IN STRUGGLE

REVOLUTIONARY GENERAL STRIKE until we overthrow Rodrigo Paz, the Media Luna, and US imperialism! Out with the IMF!
Everyone to La Paz, Bolivia, for a Continental Congress of workers' and peasants' organizations to fight against imperialism and its puppet governments throughout Latin America!

Delegations of workers' and peasants' organizations must be sent to Bolivia to coordinate the continental struggle against Trump and all his subservient governments in Latin America. Our best allies are the workers of the US who are fighting against Trump shouting "No Kings." They are fighting against the Zionist massacre of the Palestinian people in the heart of the US imperialist beast.They must also stand up to stop the massacre that Trump, his counterrevolutionary government of Paz, and the fascist generals are preparing against the Bolivian people.

Forward to the workers' and peasants' alliance across the Americas! Bolivia and Latin America are not for sale!
