In the Ventilla area, the motorized and military police, along with military units, took control of the road to Oruro and forced out the neighbors who were protesting their presence.
This is how the infamous pact of the Argollo bureaucracy and the COB with the murderous government of Paz is imposed.

The sellout leaders of the COB who made a pact with the government to surrender the nation and repress workers and peasants must be expelled.
We must defeat the pact of surrender of the COB (Bolivian Workers' Center) with the murderous Paz government, which is sustained by the police and the Banzerist officer caste under the command of US imperialism.
